Recitation No. 399

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh verse 239. Please refer to the Text :
 أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
فَإِذَا أَمِنتُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ

 =  " Fa I-dza~~ A-mint~Tum Fadz-ku-rul-Loha Ka-ma~ 'Al-la-ma Kum~Ma~ Lam Ta-ku~nu~ Ta'a-la-mu~~~n".
 "Fa" = then
 "I-dza~" (after the Mad Ashli is a standing Hamzah, is a Mad Jaiz Munfashil / Permissible Disjoining, to 2 or 4 or 6 harakah, "-dza~~") = if, when
"A-min" (after the silent Nun is a "Ta", is an Ikhfaa Haqiqi / hiding the silent Nun under the "Ta" with a humming sound of the nasal 2 Harakah, "-mint~") = safe
"Tum" (after the silent Mim is a "Fa", is an Izh-har Syafawi / Oral expressing clearly the silent Mim) = you (pl.)
"Fa" = then
"(I)-Dz-ku-ru~" (after "Ro" front is an Alif Lam Syamsiah, the Mad Ashli is ignored and the Alif Lam is not pronounced but the Syaddah is, "-rul-") = remember, cite
"(Al-)Loha (a Laf-zhul-Jalalah / Word of Loftiness, the second Lam is a Lam Taf-khim / emphasized vigourously) = The God
"Ka-ma~" (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = as
" 'Al-la-ma" = to teach
"Kum" ( after the silent Mim is a letter "Mim", is an Id-ghom Syafawi / Oral assimilating, the silent Mim is assimilated to the other Mim with a humming sound of the nasal to 2 harakah "Kum~") = you (pl.)
"Ma~" ( a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = what
"Lam" (after the silent Mim is a "Ta", an Izh-har  Syafawi. as above) = do not
"Ta-ku~nu~" (2 Mad Ashli, both to 2 harakah) = you (pl.) in a position to
"Ta'a-la-mu~na" (we stop at this Mad Ashli, it becomes a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun / Transitory to cease, to 2 or 4 or 6 harakah, "-mu~~~n" = you (pl.) know, be informed.
(239) = numbers in Adorned circle sign denotes the end of the verse and the numbers are its number.
 = " Then when you are safe, remember and cite Allah as you have been taught things that you knew not."
 = ( Then when we are safe or in a safe place, we are to "Dzikir" / remember Allah and cite verses {such as the "Tasbih" / Glorifying Allah = "Sub-ha~nal-Loh",  and "Tah-mid" / Praising and Thanking Allah = "Al-Hamdulillah", and the Syahadah / Testimonial = "La~ I-la~ha Il-lal-Loh", and the Takbir / Magnification = "Allohu Akbar", and the Hauqolah / be encircled = "La~ Hau-la Wa La~ Qu-wa-ta Il-la~ Bil-La~h" = (there is neither might nor power but in God / Allah), and also the Has-balah / Relying on God = "Has-biyal-Loh Wa Ni'mal-Wa-ki~l" = (I rely on Allah and to Allah I entrust my well-being)}, as were taught by Allah when we did not know them before).
