Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to look into the explanation of verse 217 of surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, the synopsis of Islam:
(217) (When Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a. was discussing with his companions whether or not they should attack the Meccan caravan, Waqid ibnu Abdullah As-Sahmi let loose an arrow and it killed 'Umru bin Al-Hadhromi. Then they caught Hakam and Uthman, the Pagan Meccans, but Nawfal could escape and ran home to Mecca. Abdullah took the Two Meccans and their merchandise home to Medina and to the Prophet s.a.w.
Sa'ad ibnu Abi Waqosh and 'Utbah ibnu Ghozawan r.a. who went in search for their ran away camels were captured by the Meccan Quraisy.
When the Meccans knew about 'Umru bin Al-Hadhromi was killed by the Muslim, they exaggerated the incident and accused the Prophet s.a.w. by saying in an insulting way that the Prophet s.a.w. had permitted killing people during the Forbidden Month (of Rajjab) and plundering the Meccan caravan of their merchandise. This reached the Prophet's s.a.w. ears, and at the same time, Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a.and his companions r.a. came to the Prophet s.a.w.. The Prophet s.a.w. said to them, "I did not sent you to battle.". The Two captives and the loot were detained. But the Prophet s.a.w. did not take any of the merchandise, and that  had made the companions felt very bad. Then they said to the Prophet s.a.w., "O Messenger of Allah, we had killed the enemy. Then in that evening we saw the newmoon. But we could not make it out whether it was still Jumadil-Akhir or Rajjab (the Forbidden Month to fighting)". Thus, that incidence became the talk of the Muslimin in Medina. Thence, Allah revealed this verse. On receiving this verse, the Prophet s.a.w. felt greatly relieved, and took One Fifth of the confiscated merchandise for himself, and the remaining Four Fifth were distributed among the warring companions. That was the first spoilt of war in Islam.
Then a delegate from the Meccan Quraisy came to the Prophet s.a.w. to redeem Hakam and Uthman. The Prophet s.a.w. refused to accept their redemption until they, the Quraisy, released Sa'ad and 'Utbah r.a. who were in their captivity. If they did not comply, Hakam and 'Uthman would be killed. In the end, the Quraisy agreed and they had released Sa'ad and 'Utbah r.a. And the Prophet s.a.w. released Hakam ibnu Kiasan and 'Uthman bin Abdullah Al-Makhzumi. When Hakam ibnu Kiasan was released, he embraced Islam and he had fought side by side with the Prophet s.a.w. in many battles, but fell  a Martyr in the Battle of "Biiru Ma'unah". But 'Uthman bin Abdullah Al-Makhzumi went back to Mecca, and in the end died an infidel.
When the Muslimin asked the Prophet s.a.w. whether or not it was a sin to fight in a battle during the Forbidden Month and in the Forbidden Land, Allah s.w.t. told the Prophet s.a.w. to reply that: fighting  in the Forbidden Month (to battle) is a great sin, but (the Meccan Arabs at that time who were) preventing (people) from carrying on the course of Allah, and unbelief in Allah, and (preventing people from entering) the Sacred/Forbidden Mosque, and expelling/driving away the inhabitants from It/the Sacred Mosque, is far more greater (sin) in the sight of Allah.).

ج = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
(This verse, "They asked you (O Muhammad) about making a war during the Forbidden Month" was revealed after the Prophet s.a.w. had sent out a small group of scout, of Eight Muhajirin/Meccans, in the month of Jumadil-Akhir. It was led by the Prophet's s.a.w. cousin, (his s.a.w. mother's side), Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a.. He, Abdullah r.a. was given a letter by the Prophet s.a.w., to be opened and read to the group after Two days journey. And he r.a. was to go to the place which was written in the letter with the group. And the group was not to be forced to go with him r.a.
After Two days travelling, he r.a. opened and read the letter to his r.a. group. They were to go to a place, Baton Nakhlah, to observe the movement of a Qureisy caravan there, and were to return and make a report to the Prophet s.a.w. The whole group went to Baton Nakhlah with him r.a. When they arrived at a place called Najron, Two of them, Sa'ad ibnu Abi Waqosh r.a. and 'Utbah ibnu Ghozawan went to search for their camels which got loose and ran away.
Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a. went ahead with the remainder of his group to Baton Nakhlah, a place between Mecca and Toif, where they met a Caravan of Four persons, 'Umru bin Al-Hadhoromi  and Three others, carrying with them fruits, food and merchandise. In order not to have a fight, Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a. asked one of his men to shave his head, a sign of peace and not hostility. 'Akasyah did the honour and shaved his head and went near the caravan. He was accepted by the members of the caravan without any suspicion.
Abdullah ibnu Jahsyun r.a., then discussed with his friends whether not to attack the caravan because that day was the last day of the month of Jumadil-Akhir, and the next day would be Rajjab, a Forbidden Month, one of the months when fighting was forbidden.
Waqid ibnu Abdullah Al-Sahmi, then let his arrow flew and killed 'Umru bin Al-Hadhromi. (He was the first infidel killed by a Muslim in the Islamic era). Two others were captured, while the other, Nawfal, escaped and ran home to Mecca. The Two captives and their property were brought back to Medina, to the Prophet s.a.w. While the Two companions, S'aad ibnu Waqosh and 'Utbah ibnu Ghozawan r.a. had lost their way and were captured by Meccan Quraisy.
When the Meccan Quraisy knew about their caravan was attacked: (to be continued).

Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, the synopsis of Islam. Please refer to the text:
=  "Ku-ti-ba" = to be destined/ obligated, " 'A-lai" = upon, "Ku-mu" = you (pl.), "al=Qi-ta~lu" = to go into battle/to war, "Wa" = and, but, "Hu-wa" = he, it, "Kurr-hu" = dislike, hate, "La" = to, "Kum" = you (pl.).
"Ku-ti-ba 'A-lai Ku-mul-Qi-ta~lu Wa Hu-wa Kurr-hul-La Kum". = All of you are destined/obligated to go into battle, but it/going to war is something that you (pl.) dislike.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
= "Wa" = But, " 'A-sa~" = perhaps, "An" = that, "Tak-ro-hu~" = you (pl.) dislike, "SYai-an" = something, "Wa" = and, "Hu-wa" = it is, "KHoi-run" = good, "La" = for, "Kum" = you (pl.).
"Wa 'A-sa~~ Ant~Tak-ro-hu~ SYai-aw~Wa Hu-wa KHoi-rul-La Kum". = But perhaps, things that you dislike are good to you.
صلى  = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
= "Wa" = and, " 'A-sa~~" = perhaps, "An" = that, "Tu-hib-bu~" = you like, "SYai-an" = something, "Wa" = but, "Hu-wa" = it is, "SYar-run" = bad, no good, "La" = for, "Kum" = you (pl.).
"Wa 'A-sa~~ Ant~Tu-hib-bu~ SYai-aw~Wa Hu-wa SYar-rul-La Kum" = And perhaps, things that you like are no good to you.
قلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
= "Wa" = For, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "Yaa-la-mu" = He Know, "Wa" = and, "Ant~tum" = you (pl.), "La~" = do not, "Taa-la-mu~na" = you (pl.) know.
"Wal-Lohu Yaa-la-mu Wa Ant~tum La~ Taa-la-mu~~n".  = For Allah Know and you do not.
(This verse informs us that Allah s.w.t. have laid an obligation on us, Muslimin to fight in the course of Allah in order to end the slander and the wickedness done by our enemy in the Islamic zone.
Az-Zuhdi explained, "The Jihad/fighting in the course of Allah is an obligation to us, Muslimin, either it is going to war or while sitting down (not going to war). Those who sit, when asked to give help, must give help, if asked to go to war, he must go to war. And if he were not required to go to war, he should stay (not going to war).".
A Hadith narrated by Bukhori and Muslim that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Whosoever passed away and he had never went to battle in the course of Allah, and had never had the intention of going to battle in the course of Allah, died a "Jahiliah"/Paganism death".
The verse, "And perhaps the things that you like are no good to you" means when we like a certain thing, anything at all, it might not bring goodness and of no benefit to us. And on the other hand, things that we dislike will bring goodness to and will benefit us in the end.
And the verse, "For Allah Know and you (pl.) do not" means that Allah s.w.t. Know the consequence/outcome of all thing. Thus, He s.w.t. informed us that there were/are goodness installed for us in this world and in the Hereafter when we go to battle in the course of Him s.w.t.. Thus, obey, so that we may be rightly guided).

قلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.

"Wa Ma~ Taf-'a-lu~ Min KHoi-rinf~Fa In~nal-Loha Bi Hi~ 'A-li~~m". = And whatever good/charity you do, surely, Allah Know about it.".
(Ibnu Abbas r.a. and Mujahid were of the opinion that the Prophet s.a.w. was asked by a Muslim how to provide a maintenance, Allah s.w.t. replied that they, the Muslimin should provide whatever provision that is good to their both parents, their relatives, the orphans, the poor and the beggers, and the wayfarer and the wanderer.
And from a Hadith narrated by Ahmad, Abu Daud, Tirmidzi and Hakim that the Muslimin should provide to their both parents, their sisters and their brothers, then those who closely related to them.
[These are given after providing for our wives and children and our household members].
The verse, "And whatever good/charity you do, surely, Allah Know about it" means Allah s.w.t. know whatever good/charity we do, and He s.w.t. will reimburse and award you with bigger rewards, for Allah s.w.t. is and have never be unjust to any one.).

(when the Muslimin were in pain and misery, when they were in the Battle of the Ahzab/Clans or the Battle of the Trench, that is  when the Muslimin in Medina were attacked and were fighting the battle againt the Clans, that is the pack of the Pagan Arabs of Mecca who were united with the Jews and the Hypocrite Arabs of Medina. The attack was so fierce, that they/the Muslimin had to dig a trench arround Medina city to check the onslaught of their enemies. Many Muslimin were frightened and were terrified. They asked the Prophet s.a.w. and the Believers who were with them, "When will the help from Allah come?" Thus, Allah s.a.w. sent this verse down to the Prophet s.a.w. to pacify those who were terrified and frightened. Allah s.w.t. said, "Remember/Know that Allah's help is near".  Not long after that, Allah s.w.t. sent down distrust sowed into the hearts of the Pagan Arabs of Mecca and into the hearts of the Jews and the Hypocite Arabs that there was a conflict among them about the strategy of the attack, and at the same time Allah s.w.t. sent down strong wind and thunderstorms with heavy rain and lightenings that the pack was completely destroyed and retreated "with their tails between their legs"!.  Some Ulama said that this verse was revealed during the Muslimin Emigrate/Hegira from Mecca to Medina, and some said it was during the Battle of Uhud.
This verse implies us, Muslimin and all too: We shall and are being tested, before we can enter the Paradise. So, have strong Faith in Allah s.w.t. and be patient.).

Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to look into the explanation of verse 213 of surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, synopsis of Islam. Please refer to the text:
(213) أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
The verse, "Then Allah showed the Truth to the Believers who He willed about the agreement they had between them", as  explained by Rabi ibnu Anas, means  that when the disagreement occurred, they/the believers were still embraced the religion which was brought to them by the Messengers of Allah. They believed in Oneness of God and did not ascribe any partner to Him s.w.t.. They performed the Solat, and paid the Zakat. They adhered to the commandment of Allah s.w.t. even after the disagreement occured. These are the people who will be the witnesses of what the people had done on this world in the Judgment Day. They will be witnesses of Prophet Noah's a.s. people, of Prophet Hud/Houd's a.s. people, of Prophet Sholih/Salih's a.s. people, of Prophet Syu'aib/Shoaib's a.s. people, and of the family of Fir'aun/Pharaoh, that the Prophets of Allah a.s. had conveyed and accomplished the Risalah/message/ mission to them/the people, but they/the people, however, had regarded those Prophets as lies".
Abul 'Aliyah explained that this verse means that Allah s.w.t. removed the feeling of doubt and suspicion, and of error and delusion, and of temtation to evil from their/the Believers' hearts.

Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, synopsis of Islam, verse 213:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(213) وَمَا اُخْتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا اُلَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ = "Wa Makh-ta-la-fa Fi~ Hi Il-lal-La-dzi~na U~tu~ Hu",  = "Wa" = and, "Ma~" = no, "ikh-ta-la-fa" = they differ, "Fi~ Hi" = in it, "il-la~" = except, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "U~tu~" = receive, "Hu" = it,
مِنم بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْهُمُ اُلْبَيِّنَتُ بَغْيَام بَيْنَهُمْ = "Mim~Baa-di Ma~ Ja~~at Hu-mul-Bai-yi-na~tu Bagh-yam~Bai-na Hum". = "Min" = from, "Baa-di" = after, "Ma~" = what, "Ja~~at" = to receive, "Hu-mu" = them, "al-Bai-yi-na~tu" = clear, "Bagh-yan" = malice, grudge, "Bai-na" = between, "Hum" = them.
"Wa Makh-ta-la-fa Fi~ Hi Il-lal-La-dzi~na U~tu~ Hu Mim~Baa-di Ma~ Ja~~at Hu-mul-Bai-yi-na~tu Bagh-yam~Bai-na Hum". =  There is no difference in It/the Scripture, except in those who received it. After receiving the clear explanation/information, it was they who created the disagreement because of malice.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
فَهَدَى اُللهُ اُلَّذِين ءَامَنُواْ لِمَا اُخْتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ مِنَ اُلْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِهِى = "Fa Ha-dal-Lohul-La-dzi~na A~ma-nu~ Li Makh-ta-la-fu~ Fi~ Hi Mi-nal-Haq-qi Bi Idz-nih". = "Fa" = Then, "Ha-da~" = to guide, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "al-La-dzi~na" = those who  are, "A~ma-nu~" = Believers, "Li Ma~" = of what, "ikh-ta-la-fu~" = they differ, "Fi~ Hi" = in it, "Mi-na" = of, "al-Haq-qi" = the Truth, "Bi" = by, "Idz-ni" = leave, permission, "Hi~" = His.
"Fa Ha-dal-Lohul-La-dzi~na A~ma-nu~ Li Makh-ta-la-fu~ Fi~ Hi Mi-nal-Haq-qi Bi Idz-nih". =  Then Allah showed the Truth to the Believers who He willed about the disagreement they had between them.
= "Wa" = And, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "Yah-di~" = He guides, "Man" = who, "Ya-sya~~u" = He wish, "I-la~" = to, "SHi-ro~tin" = way, path, "Mus-ta-qi~min" = straight.
"Wal-Lohu Yah-di~ Mai~ya-sya~~u I-la~ SHi-ro~tim~Mus-ta-qi~~m". =  And Allah guide those who He wished to the straight path.
(The differences that those people had were because of their grudge against one another. [This happens at all time, as long as we are called mankind, is it not so?].
Zaid ibnu Aslam said: They differed about the first day of the week, the Fridays, the Jews fixed it on Saturdays, the Christians, on Sundays. Then Allah s.w.t. gave the guidance to the Ummah/ followers of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. fixed it in Fridays. Then they differed on the Qiblat/direction faced while praying, the Christians chose the East, while the Jews chose Jerusalem, then Allah s.w.t. guided the followers of Muhammad s.a.w. to take Caaba in Mecca as their Qiblat.
They also differed in Solat/rites of praying. Some of them performed only by bowing without prostrating/be on all six, the palms, knees and toes without bowing/bending the head or the upper body at the waist. There are those who perform by prostrating only, but without bowing. There are also those who pray while talking to other people, and there are those who pray while walking. Then Allah showed the followers of Muhammad s.a.w. the proper Rites of Solat (it is the same as what the Angels perform).
They also differed in Fasting. There are some who fast only half a day. There are those who do not eat food only. Then Allah showed the Muslimin the right way to Fasting.
They also differed about Prophet Abraham a.s. The Jews said, "Abraham was a Jew". While the Chritians said, "Abraham was a Christian". But Allah told us, Muslimin, that Prophet Ibrohim/ Abraham a.s. was a "Hanif"/straight, truthful, honest and sincere and favouring the Truth person. And Allah s.w.t. had shown the Truth about Prophet Abraham a.s. to us, the Muslimin.
They also deffered about Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s.. The Jews regard him a.s. as a Lie/false, and they accused his a.s mother, Siti Mariam/Mary or Marian had committed adultery. While the Christians made him a.s. as a god/idol and as son of god. But, indeed, Allah had created him/Isa/Jesus a.s. by His s.w.t. Word, "Kun/Be!", and put into him a.s. just like that of Prophet Adam a.s. His s.w.t. created Soul into him/Jesus a.s. Then He/Allah s.w.t. showed the followers of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. the Truth about Jesus a.s.

Recitation 360

Dear Quran Lovers,
Yesterday, Friday the 22nd of August, we, in Malaysia, were having a solemn day when the bodies of the deceased, the Twenty victims of the MH17 plane which shot down in Ukraine, on July the 17th/ 19th Ramadan, were brought home from the Netherland, for burial.
As the coffins were carried by eight soldiers to the waiting hearses, I had recited, "Allohummaghfir La Hu/Ha War-ham Hu/Ha. Inna Ka Antal-Ghofurur-Rohi~m" several times for the Muslim/at, while for a non-Muslim, I recited, "Inna Lillahi Wa inna Ilai Hi roji'un".
There were souls of the Muslimin who came to me when I recited the Doa for him/her. And Allah had let me hear a low voice saying, "Kao ngo! = Save me" in Cantonese. (I speak Cantonese and a little Mandarin). I said, "Allah!", and entreat for her.
After Solat Ashor, I was made to understand that the souls who came to me in morning were those who had been following steadfastly this "Recite the Quran" sessions. They were our people, the Quran Lovers! They and we love the Quran means they and we love Allah! Thus, they and we are the LOVE of Allah!. Then I saw a pretty smiling face of a Chinese lady with very red lips. Alhamdulillah! Allah have accepted and is pleased with her, a non-Muslim who was a Muslim but was known by others as a non-Muslim. This Is the 'Ii-jat/inimitability of the Quran.
Then I heard a voice said, "I wish I were a Muslim". I said, "Allah, you regret too late. Why did you not recite the Syahadatain/two Testimonies of Muslim Creed when you were alive?".
                                       ********
Let us now continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, the synopsis of Islam. Please refer to the text:
كَانَ اُلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اُللهُ اُلنَّبِيِّينَ = "Ka~nan~Na~su Um~ma-taw~Wa~hi-da-tanf~Fa Ba-'a-thal-Lohun~Na-biy-yi~na", =  "Ka~na" = To be, "an~Na~su" = the Mankind, "Um~ma-tan" = a nation/people, "Wa~hi-da-tan" = one, "Fa" = then, "Ba-'a-tha" = delegate, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "An~Na-biy-yi~na" = the Prophets,
مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ اُلْكِتَبَ بِاُلْحَقِّ = "Mu-basy-syi-ri~na Wa Mundz~dzi-ri~na Wa Anz~za-la Ma-'a Hu-mul-Ki-ta~ba Bil-Haq-qi",  = "Mu-basy-syi-ri~na" = bringing good tidings, "Wa" = and, "Mundz~dzi-ri~na" = giving warning, "Wa" = and, "Andz~dza-la" = send down, "Ma-'a" = with, "Hu-mu" = them, "Al-Ki-ta~ba" = the Scripture, "Bi" = with, "al-Haq-qi" = the Truth,
= "Li" = for, that, "Yah-ku-ma" = it to judge, "Bai-na" = between, "an~Na~si" = the Mankind, "Fi~ma~" = in what, "ikh-ta-la-fu~" = they disagree, "Fi~Hi" = there in.
"Ka~nan~Na~su Um~ma-taw~Wa~hi-da-tanf~Fa Ba-'a-thal-Lohun~Na-biy-yi~na Mu-basy-syi-ri~na Wa Mundz~dzi-ri~na (or, if we wish to pause for a breather, "Mundz~dzi-ri~~n")
Wa Anz~za-la Ma-'a Hu-mul-Ki-ta~ba Bil-Haq-qi Li Yah-ku-ma Bai-nan~Na~si Fi~ma~kh-ta-la-fu~ Fi~~h". = (Mankind were originally of One Ummah/nation/people. (After disagreement arose), Allah had delegated a great number of Prophets who brought good tidings and who gave warning (to them), and Allah had sent down with them the Scriptures with the Truth that It might judge between them the things that they have disagreed.
ج =  Waqof Jaiz sign.
(Ibnu Abbas made this explanation about this verse that Mankind were originated from one parentage, that is the Prophet Adam a.s. and Siti Hawa/Eve. And those people embraced the religion brought by the Prophet Adam a.s. But in the end, they/the people had diverted to worship Idols instead of worshipping Allah s.w.t.  Thus, Allah s.w.t. sent forth Prophet Nuh/Noah a.s. And he, Prophet Noah a.s. was the first ever Messenger of Allah on this earth.
The interval of time between Prophet Noah a.s. and Prophet Adam a.s. was Ten generations. All of them/the people adhered to Allah's s.w.t. Law, until there was disagreement arose between them, thus, Allah s.w.t. sent forth a great number of Prophets/Ambia [pl. of Nabi] (about One Hundred and Twenty Four Thousand of them, and from them there were Three hundred and Thirteen Messengers/Mursalin [pl. of Rosul], but only Twenty Five are being mentioned in the Quran), bringing good tidings and also giving warning to them. Allah s.w.t. had also sent down His Holy Scriptures of the Truth to His chosen Prophets a.s. (According to some Ulama, there were One Hundred and Four Scriptures. Ten were sent down to Prophet Adam a.s, Thirty to Prophet Syith son of Adam a.s., Fifty to Prophet Idris/ Enoch a.s. (the 5th generation son of Adam), Ten to Prophet Musa/Moses a.s. And there was another One Scripture called the Tawrah/Torah to Prophet Moses a.s., One Zabur/the Psalms to Prophet Daud/David a.s., One Injil/Gospel to Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s, and the final One Quran/Koran to the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.). The Scriptures contained Rules and Regulations upon which Judgment might be made in settling their disagreement.).
(to be continued).

Recitation 359.S

Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us look into the Fadhilah/excellence of the Masjid An-Nabawi:
(i) Jabir r.a. reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Performing One Solat in my mosque, its excellence is greater than and its rewards is greater than performing One Thousand Solat in other mosques, except the Masjidul-Harom in Mecca. Performing One Solat in the Masjidul-Harom, its excellence is One Hundred Thousand times greater than performing Solat in any other mosques". (narrated by Ahmad).
(ii) Anas bin Malik reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said, " Whosoever performs Solat (Fardhu) in my mosque Forty times without missing One Solat, it will be recorded for him/her, free/ exempted from the Fiery Hell, and exempted from punishment and torment, and exempted from hypocrisy". (narrated by Ahmad and Tibroni).
(iii) Abu Huroiroh r.a. reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "The space/place between my house (i.e. his s.a.w. grave and the graves of his s.a.w. Two companions) and my Mimbar/podium is a representation of a garden among the gardens in the Paradise. And my Mimbar/podium stands on the bed of my lake." (narrated by Bukhori).
[The caretaker of Masjidu An-Nabawi had allotted certain time of each day for the ladies to be able to be inside the Rawdhah Syarifah and to visit the graves of the Prophet s.a.w. and his s.a.w. 2 Companions'. And when we, men and women, make Salam and entreat Doa, we must recite softly. And only manfolk are allowed to wear perfume, it forbidden to the ladies.].
(iv) Abu Dzar r.a. reported, "I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, which mosque was first built on earth?" The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Masjudul-Harom". "Then, after It?", the Prophet s.a.w. answered, "Masjid Al-Aq-sho~". How long is the interval of time between them?" The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Forty years. And when the time for Solat comes, no matter where you are, perform the Solat there and then, because there is an excellence in it." [This is about Prophet Abraham a.s. building the Two mosques, the Masjidul-Harom and the Masjidul-Aq-sho in Jerusalem.].
(8) The Prophet s.a.w. had always visited Qubaa mosque every Saturday and performed 2 Rokaat Solat Sunnah there. He s.a.w. said, "Whosoever cleansed him/herself at home and come visiting Qubaa mosque and performs 2 Rokaat Solat Sunnah, will gain the reward for performing One Umra". (narrated by Ahmad, Nasa'i, Ibnu Majah and Hakim).
Qubaa Mosque was the first mosque built, in the whole world, outside Mecca. It was built by the Prophet s.a.w., after being commanded by Allah s.w.t., on Friday, 27th September, 622 A.D.
Then, the Prophet s.a.w. and Abu Bakr Ash-Shiddiq r.a. were on their Hijra to Medina. They stopped  there, a place in Medina, called Qubaa.
 (9) The Mecca and the Medina cities are called, Al-Haromain/ forbidden/Sacred Cities. Infidelity and comitting sins are forbidden in these Two Holy and Sacred Cities. Allah say in surah 22 Al-Hajj verse 25, "And those who commit wrongful and evil deeds in there/the Al-Ha-rom, We/Allah will make them taste a painful torment".
(10) When we are leaving Medina for home or for Mecca, and after visiting the graves of the Prophet s.a.w. and his s.a.w. 2 Companions, it is preferred for us to recite:
اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْ هَذَا آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ بِحَرَمِ رَسُوْلِكَ = "Al-Lohum~ma La~ Taj-'al Ha~dza~ A~khi-rol-'Ah-di Bi Ha-ro-mi Ro-su~li Ka" =  (O Allah, please do not make this my last and final acquaintance/time with this Harom of Your Messenger,
Wa Yas-sir Li~l-'Aw-da I-lal-Ha-ro-main" = (And please make easier for me to come back here, the Ha-romain/Two Sacred Mosques again ,
Sa-bi~lan Sah-la-tam Bi Man~ni Ka Wa Fadh-li- Ka" = (and give me easy way (to return) by Your kindness and blessing and by Your grace,
وَارْزُقْنِى الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالْأَخِرَةِ = "War-zuq Nil-'Af-wa Wal-'A~fi-ya-ta Fid-Dun-ya~ Wal-A~khi-roh" = ( and bless me with forgiveness and with good health and well-being in this world and in the Hereafter.
وَزِدْنَا سَالِمِيْنَ غَانِمِيْنَ إِلَى أَوْطَانِنَا آمِنِيْنَ = "Wa Zid Na~ Sa~li-mi~na Gho~ni-mi~na I-la~ Aw-to~ni Na~ A~mi-ni~n". = (and send us home safely, with success and gaining  benefits, with calm and peace).
To all Quran Lovers and all Muslimin who go/are going to Mecca and Medina to perform the Hajj, Umra and visit Medina and the Prophet's and his s.a.w. family, companions and all Muslimins' graves, I wish all of you May Allah Bless All of You and, Doa that All Of You Will Gain Hajj Mabrur, and All Of Your Doa, Wishes and Desires Will Be Fulfilled by Allah s.w.t.. Ami~n.
Maas-Sala~mah. Wa Ilal-Liqoo.
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers soon.
