 = Wa 'A-lal-Wa~ri-thi Mith-lu Dza~lik.
"Wa" = and
" 'A-la~" = (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = on, upon
" Al- (an Alf-lam Qomariah) Wa~ (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) ri-thi" = the heir / inheritor
"Mith-lu" = like, same as
"Dza" with a tiny Alif is "Dza~"(a Mad Ashli, 2 harfakah) li=ka" = that, such.
قلى = (a Waqof Jaiz Ma'a kaun al-waqof awla sign denotes pausing is permitted and it is preferred).

Recitaion 382 (contn.)
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us look at the explanatory of verse No.233 (i) God suggest mothers to suckle their babies since born for two whole years, if they so desire. (ii) Fathers should give sustenance and to provide clothings to their wives and babies accordingly and according to their capabalities. (Commentator Adh-Dhahhak explains that when a man divorces his wife, and they have a baby who suckles its mother's "milk", then it is the duty of the man / father to provide sustenance and clothings to both the ex-wife and the baby according to his capabality, and in good faith.). (iii) The ex-wife does not / should not give their baby to the ex-husband / the father with the intention that the ex-husband would suffer in taking care of the suckling baby. And the mother should not hand the baby over to the father when it was just being born till it suckles because normally babies could not have last long without suckling the mother's milk. But after the suckling period is over, she may hand over the child to the ex-husband / father if she so wishes. And should the baby is handed over to the ex-husband and it would cause him difficulties and hardship, then the mother should not give the baby away to the father. On the other hand, the father should not take away the baby from the ex-wife / mother with the intention of causing her gravious anxieties. (to be continued).
Until we meet again, Wassalamu alaikum w. w.
