Recitation 61

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الؤجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
We shall now continue recite surah 36 Yasi~n. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(55) إِنَّ أَصْحَبَ اُلْجَنَّةِ اُلْيَوْمَ فِى شُغُلٍ فَكِهُونَ
إِنَّ = "In~na" = Truly, Really
أَصْحَبَ اُلْجَنَّةِ اُلْيَوْمَ = "Ash-h*a~bal-Jan~na-til-Yaw-ma",  "Ash-h*a~ba" = dwellers, "al-Jan~na-ti" = the Paradise, "al-Yaw-ma" = this day
فِى = "Fi~" = in
شُغُلٍ فَكِهُونَ = "SYu-ghu-linf~Fa~ki-hu~~n".  "SYu-ghu-lin" = preoccupied, "Fa~ki-hu~na" = making merry
"In~na Ash-h*a~bal-Jan~na-til-Yaw-ma Fi~ SYu-ghu-linf~Fa~-ki-hu~~n" =  Really, the dwellers of the Jannah/Paradise this day, are preoccupied with making merry (they do not think about others who are being punished for their impiety).
(56) هُمْ وَأَزْوَجُهُمْ فِى ظِلَلٍ عَلَى اُلْأَرآئِكِ مُتَّكِئُونَ
هُمْ وَأَزْوَجُهُمْ = "Hum Wa Az-wa~-ju Hum",  "Hum" = They, "Wa" = and, "Az-wa~ju" = wives/husbands, "Hum" = their
فِى ظِلَلٍ = "Fi~ ZHi-la~lin",  "Fi~" = in, under, "ZHi-la~lin" = shade
عَلى اُلْأَرَآئِكِ = " 'A-lal-A-ro~~i-ki", " 'A-la~" = on, "al-A-ro~~i-ki" = couches, sofas
مُتَّكِئُونَ = "Mut-ta-ki-u~~n".  "Mut-ta-ki-u~na" = reclining.
"Hum Wa Az-wa~ju Hum Fi~ ZHi-la~lin 'A-lal-A-ro~~i-ki Mut-ta-ki-u~~n" = They and their spouses are reclining on couches, under the (cool) shades.
(57) لَهُمْ فِيهَافَكِهَةٌ وَلَهُم مَّايَدَّعُونَ
لَهُمْ = "La Hum",  "La" = For, "Hum" = them
فِيهَا = "Fi~ Ha~ ", "Fi~" = in, "Ha~" = it, her
فَكِهَةٌ وَلَهُم مَّا يَدَّعُونَ  = "Fa~k-ha-tuw~Wa La Hum~Ma~ Yad-da-'u~~n".  "Fa~ki-ha-tun" = fruits, "Wa" = and, "La Hum" = for them, "Ma~" = what, "Yad-da-'u~na" = they ask for.
"La Hum Fi~ Ha~ Fa~ki-ha-tuw~Wa La Hum~Ma~ Yad-da-'u~~n" = For them, in it (the Paradise), fruits and all that they ask for.
(58) سَلَمٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ = "Sa-la~muq~Qow-lam~Mir-Rob-bir-Ro=h*i~~m".  "Sa-la~mun" = Peace, "Qow-lam" = the word, "Min" = from, "Rob-bin" = Lord, "Ro-h*i~min" = Merciful.
"Sa-la~munq-Qow-lam~Mir-Rob-bir-Ro-h*i~~m" = (To them shall be the word) "Sala~m/Peace", spoken by a Merciful Lord (Allah).
(59) وَاُمْتَزُواْ اُلْيَوْمَ أَيُّهَا اُلْمُجْرِمُونَ
وَاُمْتَزُواْ اُلْيَوْمَ = "Wam-ta~zul-Yaw-ma",  "Wa" = And, "im-ta~zu~" = separate yourselves, "al-Yaw-ma" = this day
أيُّهَا اُلْمُجْرِمُونَ = "Ai-yu-hal-Mujj-ri-mu~~n".  "Ai-yu-ha~" = O, "al-Mujj-ri-mu~na" = the guilty ones/sinners.
"Wam-ta-zul-Yaw-ma Ai-yu-hal-Mujj-ri-mu~~n" = And (to the unbelievers/sinners, it is said to them:) "Separate yourselves on this day, O sinners, (from the believers)."
