Recitation 53

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
Assalamu alaikum w. w.,
Dear Quran Lovers,
We shall now recite surah 36 Yasi~n, verse 33. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم 
(33) وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمُ اُلْأَرْضُ اُلْمَيْتَةُ أَحْيَيْنَهَا وَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ يَأْكُلُونَ 
وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمُ اُلْأَرْضُ اُلْمَيْتَةُ = "Wa A~ya-tul-La-hu-mul-Arr-dhul-Mai-ta-tu",  "Wa" = And, "A~ya-tun" = sign, "La" = for, "Hum" = them, "Al-Arr-dhu" = the earth, "Al-Mai-ta-tu" = the dead,
أَحْيَيْنَهَا = "Ah*-yai Na~ Ha~",  "Ah*-yai" = to give life to, "Na~" = We, "H*a~" = her, it,
وَأَخْرَجْنَا = "Wa Akh-rojj Na~",  "Wa" = and, "Akh-rojj" = to bring out, "Na~" = We,
مِنْهَا = "Min Ha~",  "Min" = from, "Ha~" = it,
حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ = "H*ab-banf~Fa Min Hu",  "H*ab-ban" = seeds, grains, "Fa" = then, "Min" = from, "Hu" = it
يَأْكُلُونَ = "Yaa-ku-lu~~n".  "Yaa-ku-lu~na" = them to eat.
"Wa A~ya-tul-La-hu-mul-Arr-dhul- Mai-ta-tu Ah-yai Na~ Ha~ Wa Akh-rojj Na~ Ha~ H*ab-banf~Fa Min-hu Yaa-ku-lu~~n" = And a sign/an evidence (of Our/Allah's Divinity) to them/the Qureysh is the earth which was once dead. We (Allah) give life to it and We bring forth from it seeds and grains, then from them (fruits and greens grow) for them to consume/eat.
(34) وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا جَنَّتٍ مِن نَّخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَبٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا فِيهَا مِنَ اُلْعُيُونِ
وَجَعَلْنَا = "Wa Ja-'al Na~",  "Wa" = And, "Ja-'al" = made, "Na~" = We,
فِيهَا = "Fi~ Ha~",  "Fi~" = in, "Ha~" = it,
جَنَّتٍ مِن نَخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَبٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا = "Jan~na~tim~Min~Na-khi~liw~Wa Aa-na~biw~Wa Faj-jarr Na~",  "Jan~na~tin" = gardens, "Min" = of, "Na-khi~lin" = palm trees, "Wa" = and "Aa-na~bin" = grapes, "Wa" = and, "Fa" = then,   "Jarr" = draw out, "Na~" = We,
فِيهَا = "Fi~ Ha~",  "Fi~" = from,  "Ha~" = it,
 مِنَ اُلْعُيُونِ = "Minal-'U-yu~~n".  "Mi-na" = from, with, "al-'U-yu~ni" = the springs of water.
"Wa Ja-'al Na~ Fi~ Ha~ Jan~na~tim~Min~Na-khi~liw~Wa Aa-na~biw~Wa Faj-jarr Na~ Fi~ ha~ Mi-nal-'U-yu~~n" = And We made in it (the revived earth) gardens of palm trees and grapes, and then drew from it (the earth) springs of water.
(35) لِيَأْكُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِ ى وَمَاعَمِلَتْهُ أَيْدِيهِمْ صلى أَفَلَا يَشْكُرُونَ
لِيَأْكُلُواْ = "Li Yaa-ku-lu~",  "Li" = for,  "Yaa-ku-lu~" = their food,
مِن ثَمَرِهِ ى = "Minth~Tha-ma-ri Hi~",  "Min" = of, "THa-mari" = fruit, "Hi~" = it
وَمَا = "Wa Ma~",  "Wa" = and, "Ma~" = what,
عَمِلَتْهُ = " 'A-mi-lat Hu",  " 'A-mi-lat" = deeds, worked, "Hu" = it
أَيْدِيهِمْ = "Ai-di~ Him",  "Ai-di~" = hands,  "Him" = their,
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
أَفَلَا = "Afa La~",  "Afa" = will, "La~" = not
يَشْكُرُونَ = "Yasy-ku-ru~~n".  "Yasy-ku-ru~na" = they give thanks.
"Li Yaa-ku-lu~ Minth~THa-ma-ri Hi~ Wa Ma~ 'A-mi-lat Hu Ai-di~ Him, Afa La~ Yasy-ku-ru~~n". = So that they/mankind may consume/eat some of their fruits, and for them to eat those (grains and fruits) they planted by their own hands. (Will they not enjoy eating them) and will they/mankind not give thanks (to Allah?).
