Recitation 59

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue with surah 36 Yasi~n. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(49) مَايَنظُرُونَ إِلَّاصَيْحَةً وَحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ
مَا يَنظُرُونَ = "Ma~ Yanzh~zhu-ru~na", "Ma~" = Not, "Yanzh~ZHu-ru~na" = they see, wait
إِلَّا = "Il-la~" = but
صَيْحَةً وَحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ = "SHoi-h*a-taw~Wa~h*i-da-tant~Taa-khu-dzu Hum", "SHoi-h*a-tan" = shout/blast, "Wa~h*i-da-tan" = once, "Taa-khu-dzu" = take, destroy, "Hum" = them
وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ = "Wa Hun Ya-khish-shi-mu~~n".  "Wa" = and, while, "Hum" =  they, "Ya-khish-shi-mu~na" = disputed.
"Ma~ Yanzh~zhu-ru~na Il-la` SHoi-h* a-taw~Wa~h*i-da-tant~Taa-khu-dzu Hum Wa Hum Ya-khish-shi-mu~~n" = (When the unbelievers asked when the promise would be fulfilled, Allah said): "They (will) not wait (long), but a shout/blast of the Trumpet (by the Angel Israfil a.s.) destroy them while they are disputing about it (i.e. when the promise of Allah will be fulfilled). (This is the 1st blast of the Trumpet, and all things will be destroyed = the doomsday).
(50) فَلَايَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَآ إِلَى~أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ = "Fa La~ Yas-ta-t*i~'u~na", "Fa" = Then, "La~" = not, "Yas-ta-t*i~'u~na" = to be manifest/evident
تَوْصِيَةً وَلَآإِلَى~أهْلِهِمْ = "Taw-shi-ya-taw~Wa La~~ I-la~~ Ah-li Him", "Taw-shi-ya-tan" = will, testament, "Wa" = and, "La~" = not, "I-la~" = to, "Ah-li" = family members, "Him" = their.
يَرْجِعُونَ = "Yarr-ji-'u~~n".  "Yarr-ji-'u~na" = they return.
"Fa La~ Yas-ta-t*i~'u~na Taw-shi-ya-taw~Wa La~~ I-la~~ Ah-li Him Yarr-ji-'u~~n". = Thence, they cannot leave any bequeath by will their properties, nor to be able to return (home) to their families (because they will all fall to the ground then and there, dead).
(51) وَنُفِخَ فِى اُلصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ اُلْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ
وَنُفِخَ = "Wa Nu-fi-kho", "Wa" = And, "Nu-fi-kho" = blow
فِى اُلصُّورِ = "Fish-SHu~ri", "Fi~" = with, "ash-SHu~ri" = the horn
فَإِذَا = "Fa I-dza~", "Fa" = then, "I-dza~" = at that time
هُم مِنَ اُلْاَجْدَاثِ = "Hum~Mi-nal-Ajj-da~thi" = "Hum" = they, "Mi-na" = from, "al-Ajj-da~thi" = the graves
إِلَى = "I-la~" = to
رَبِّهِمْ = "Rob-bi Him", "Rob-bi" = Lord, "Him" = them
يَنسِلُونَ = "Yans~si-lu~~n".  "Yans~si-lu~na" = they rush.
"Wa Nu-fi-kho Fish-SHu~ri Fa I-dza~ Hum~Mi-nal-Ajj-da~thi I-la~ Rob-bi Him Yans-si-lu~~n" = And when the horn/trumpet is blown (the 2nd time), and from their graves they (mankind) rush to their Lords (the one or the many that they worshipped and prayed to during their life times on earth).
