The B.O.P.No. 4-A.

اعوذ بالله من الشيطن الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم وؤحمة الله وبركاته
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continued to look into how to cleanse our heart, yours truly's way :
 (i) Having sat straight, cross legged or like in the Tahiyyah, hands on the knees, only the eyes cast downward, not the head. The head is not bent. Empty the head from any thought. Lips are closed gently. (ii) Breathe in slowly and gently, by the nostrils and at the same time say in our heart, "Allah", as in the beginning, repeat 3 times. (iii) Stop breathing in, feel the air goes down into our chest, and say "Allah" 3 times till the air is in our belly. (iv) Bring up the air from the belly to our throat while saying, "Allah" 3 times. (v) Then blow softly and gently the air through our mouth, open the mouth a little bit. (vi) Close the mouth and stop breathing in or out while saying, "Allah" 3 times. (vii) After that, repeat the whole process, for the beginning, 3 times. After the Third/final time, do not leave the position, but breathe in by the nostrils then blow out the air bit by bit until there is no more air in the mouth. Then move the body gently to the roght and to the left, followed by both arms and hands, then both legs. Thus, we have returned our body as usual. Only then we can leave.  (B) After a few days, when we feel we can do more and longer breathe in, pausing, and blow out the air, do it to Seven times of saying "Allah". Then we may say to Eleven times, and Twenty One times and so forth. (C) When we could do/say Eleven times of "Allah" or more, when the air is breathe in the head, think of cleaning the head with the words "Allah", and when  is in the chest, think of cleansing the heart and all organs. When in the belly, think of cleansing all organs in the belly including the private parts. When we bring out and blow out the air, think of taking and blowing out and away all "dirts" including the satan and illness from our body.
Until we meet again in the next session, Insya Allah. See all of You Quran Lovers soon.
 Wassalamu alaikum w. w.
