O our Lord, do not burden us (with the burden) which we do not have the ability to perform it. Then pardon us and forgive us our sins and have Mercy on us. You are our Patron and Helper, then help and rescue us against the Unbelievers".
= ( Allah is teaching us how to offer Doa/Prayer : "O our Lord, do not punish us if we forgot or if we had made mistakes", because we, Mankind, at times we forget things and cannot recall things. We also at times make mistakes, because as the saying says, To err is human. "O our Lord, do not put burden on us with the burden You had burdened those people in the past, before us". Those people before us means the Jewish people whose Religious Law was/is very hard, harsh, very "burdening", such as, to repent, one must commit suicide, the Zakah/Purity Tax was/is to pay One Quarter of one's wealth, to cleanse defilement, is by cutting off the soiled part and so forth.  "O our Lord, do not burden us with which we do not have the ability to perform it", we pray to Allah that He Do not burden us with obligations which we are unable to perform. {And this Prayer is answered in verse 78, surah 22 Al-Hajj, meaning, " .... and (Allah) Have not laid upon you in religion any hardship...."}. ("O our Lord, Pardon us (of our sins) and forgive us our sins (and safeguard us from sins).  And have Mercy on us. You are our Patron and Helper, help us against the Unbelievers who attack us in all manner of means").
[When we offer a Doa/Prayer, we must be humble, do not look up which is a show of houghtiness, raise both hands same level as the shoulders. Both hands are like we are receiving a large "thing", as narrated by Al-Imam Ibnu Taimiyah. Do not close the hands togther, we might not "get" anything and our Prayers unanswered. Allah Know best"].
Al-hamdulillah, we have covered the Surah Al-Baqoroh.
Insya Allah if yours truly had time in the future, we shall meet again. Until then, my LOVE and Thank to all of You Quran Lovers.
Wassalamu alaikum w. w,
 Abdul Hamid Mohd Yusof Ali.
