You will know and recognize them by their charactoristic (that is) they do not ask (any help from) people exhortedly (but nicely and gently). And whatever you (pl.) had spent on good (deeds in Allah Cause) then surely Allah Know about it."
= (Those who are confined in poverty because they occupied themselves in the struggle for Allah Cause that they cannot and do not have the time to run a business or to do work to make money in earning a living. Or they are of those who are injured or maimed in the battle field. These people are considered by the people who do not know nor understand about them as wealthy people because they do not go out to beg for donation. We can tell who they are by looking into their characteristic, that is, they are humble, their faces are pale, their clothings are poor. And when they asked for anything they asked gently and nicely. They never ask anything incessantly. Thus, people thought that they were wealthy. Allah Know how much we spent and that amount we have spent will be recompensed in multi folds.).
