ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(70) قَالُواْ اُدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِىَ إِنَّ اُلْبَقَرَ تَشَبَهَ عَلَيْنَا وَإِنَّآ إِن شَآءَ اُللهُ لَمُهْتَدُونَ
قَالُواْ اُدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِىَ = "Qo~ludd-'u La Na~ Rob-ba Ka Yu-bai-yil-La Na~ Ma~ Hi-ya", "Qo~lu~" = They say, "udd-'u" = entreat, "La Na~" = for us, "Rob-ba" = Lord, "Ka~ = your, "Yu-bai-yin" = to make clear, "La Na~" = to us, "Ma~" = what, "Hi-ya" = she/it is,
إِنَّ اُلْبَقَرَ تَشَبَهَ عَلَيْنَا = "In~nal-Ba-qo-ro Ta-sya~ba-ha 'A-lai Na~", "In~na" = truly, "al-Ba-qo-ro" = the cow, "Ta-aya~ba" = alike, " 'A-lai" = on, to, "Na~" = us,

Truly, the cows are all alike to us. And really, if Allah so wills it, we may be rightly guided".
(71) (to be continued).
                                =====*****=====
Let us have a peep at what Allah says about wickness or the vile of "Zholim":
There are multi-"verses" mentioned in the Quran about "Zholim". We have come across many of them before. There is one in this surah Al-Baqoroh, about this Zholim: in verse 229, " ... These are the limits/ordinance (set by) Allah, thus do not overstep it. Whosoever trespass the ordinance of Allah, are those who are ZHolim/ the wrongdoers.". (ii) In surah 7 Al-Aarof, verse 33, " Say: My Lord/Allah has  forbidden all indecent acts, whether they are apparent or disguised, and all sins, and "Zholim"/wrongful oppression. ..." (iii) In surah 18 Al-Kahfi, verse 29, "Truly, We/Allah have prepared for the "Zholimim"/wrongdoers a Fire which will encompass them like the walls of a tent.".  (iv) and many others. (True were the Words of Allah the Greatest).
                                    oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In A Solat:
  (xvii) Tasyahhud - The First:
The Jumhur/multitude of the Ulama were of the opinion that the first sitting for Tasyahhud (where  the Solat is of three or four Rokaat) is Sunnah. This is based on the Hadith reported by Abdullah ibnu Buhairoh, who said, "That the Prophet s.a.w. rose and stood up in the Solat Zhuhur when he s.a.w. should be sitting down (after the second Rokaat). And when he s.a.w. completed the Solat, he s.a.w. Sujud twice with reciting Takbir at each movement, then sat down before making Salam, and all people/maamum followed him. The two Sujud after the completion of the Solat was for forgeting the sitting down. (It is called Sujud Sah-wi/forgetful.)".
However, in the book "Subulus-Salam", it says, "This (above) Hadith shows that when forget to perform the first Tasyahhud, it could be replaced by Sujud Sahwi. The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Perform Solat as you see me performing it" is proof that the first Tasyahhud is Wajib to be performed."
Those Ulama who were of the opinion that the first Tasyahhud is wajib include Laith ibnu Sa'ad, Is-hak, and Ahmad. It is also one of the opinions of the Syafiei, and one of the Hanafi, and also Thabari.
[The Sujud Sahwi is done by (i) before making Salam, utter the Takbir, "Al-Lohu Akbar" and Sujud. In the Sujud, it is Sunnah to recite, "Subb-ha~na Mal-La~ Ya-na~mu Wa La~ Yas-hu~" = Glory be to Him who does not sleep nor forgets. (ii) Sit down in between the Sujud while uttering a Takbir. And recite the Dzikr. (iii) Utter a Takbir and Sujud once again, and recite the Tasbih. (iv) Utter a Takbir and raise and sit down without reciting anything. then (v) Make Salam, to the right and then to the left.].
It is Sunnah to recite a short Tasyahhud in the first Tasyahhud: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
