Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(57) وَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ اُلْغَمَامَ وَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ اُلْمَنَّ وَاُلسَّلْوَىصلى كُلُواْ مِن طَيِّبَتِ مَا رَزَقْنَكُمْصلى وَمَا ظَلَمُواْنَا وَلَكِن كَانُواْ~أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

"Wa DHo-lal Na~ 'A-lai Ku-mul-GHo-ma~ma Wa Anz~zal Na~ 'A-lai Ku-mul-Man~na Was-Sal-wa~". = And We/Allah cast shade over all of you (with) the clouds (when all of you were in the
Al-Taiyeh desert). And We/Allah sent down the honey-dew and the quails/birds.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
كُلُواْ مِن طَيِّبَتِ مَا رَزَقْنَكُمْ = "Ku-lu~ Mint~Toy-yi-ba~ti Ma~ Ro-zaqq Na~ Kum".  "Ku-lu~" = Eat, "Min" = from, of, "Toy-yi-ba~ti" = good, "Ma~" = what, "Ro-zaqq" = provide, "Na~" = We, "Kum" = all of you.

"Wa " = And, "Ma~" = not, "ZHo-la-mu~" = treat with injustice, "Na~" = We, "Wa" = and, "La~kin" = but, "Ka~nu~" = they to be, are, "Anf~fu-sa" = selves, "Hum" = them, "Yazh-li-mu~na" = did wrong.
"Wa Ma~ ZHo-la-mu~ Na~ Wa La~kink~Ka~nu~~ Anf~fu-sa Hum Yazh-li-mu~~n". = And they did not treat Us/Allah with injustice, but they did wrong to their own selves.
(When Prophet Moses a.s. had chosen 70 persons to be brought to Mount Sinai, as was commanded by Allah, he asked them to fast, then cleansed them selves and put on clean clothes and set for Mount Sinai. When arrived, the followers asked Prophet Moses a.s. to let them hear Allah's speaking. And Allah obliged them and said, "I am Allah/Yahveh. There is no God but Me. I delivered all of you from Egypt by My Power, thus worship Me and do not worship others.". When they heard that, they said to Prophet Moses a.s., "O Moses! We shall not believe in you before we see Yahveh/Allah plainly".
In this world, there is no creature  strong enough to look at Allah, and what they asked was out of limit. So, Allah sent a thunderbolt, killing all of them. Prophet Moses a.s. was distressed and he wept for a day and a night. Then he a.s. said, "O Lord, They came with me and they were alive. If You wanted to kill them why did You not kill them before they came here".
Then Allah revived them. This is the fifth Niimat that Allah gave them.
The Children of Israel were living in the Al-Taiyeh desert: (to be continued).

Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In A Solat:
(vii) To Utter Takbir At Each Moment Of Change:
It is Sunnah to utter Takbir = Allohu Akbar, whenever a movement is made, when standing up, or going down, raising up or sitting down except when raising from the Rukuu, we are to utter, "Sa-mi-'al-Lohu Li Man Ha-mi-dah" = Allah hears who praises and thanks Him. This is based on the Hadith reported from Ibnu Mas'ud who said, "I saw the Prophet s.a.w. uttered Takbir at every time (He s.a.w. goes) down and up, standing and sitting". (narrated by Ahmad, Nasa'i  and Tirmidzi who confirmed it and added that this was also being done by all the companions of the Prophet s.a.w. including Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali and others r.a. This also being done by the Tabi'in, and all the Fuqoha and the Ulama).
Abu Bakar ibnu Abdur-Rohman bin Harith who heard it from Abu Huroiroh r.a., which was narrated by Ahmad, Bukhori, Muslim and Abu Daud, and from 'Ikrimah which was narrated by Ahmad and Bukhori had reported the same.
It is Sunnah that the Takbir is uttered when a movement is made.
(viii) The Ritual Of Rukuu: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
