بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Our east coast of Peninsular of Malaysia is receiving heavy rain for three days now, and there is flood. Let us recite surah Yasin and the Doa so that the rain would be sent away to places where rain water is needed and that the flood be subsided. Thank you all.
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
وَإِذْ قُلْنَااُدْخُلُواْ هَذِهِ اُلْقَرْيَةَ = "Wa Idz Qul Nadd-khu-lu~ Ha~dzi Hil-Qorr-ya-ta", "Wa Idz" =And when "Qul" = say, "Na~" = We, "udd-khu-lu~" all of you enter, "Ha~dzi-hi" = this, "al-Qorr-ya-ta" = country,

(We have recited about Prophet Moses a.s and his people who ran and got free from the cruelty of the Pharaoh and his people. They had escaped from Egypt and had lived in Sinai in a desert called Al-Taiyeh where life was hard and the place was very hot. Thus, Allah covered the sky there for them with clouds to give them shade. And for their food and drink, Allah sent down Mann/ honey-dew which descended from the sky at dawn like the morning dew, until sun rise, to be collected by them. For their food, quails/ birds would fly to them and were to be caught by them and be slaughtered. They were allowed only to have sufficient quails for each person only for that day, except on Fridays they were allowed to catch and keep quails for two days because Allah did not send down quails on Saturdays. However, there were the bad people who took more than enough that the quails became bad and were wasted. Thus Allah said, "Eat of the good food. And they/the bad ones did not treat Allah with injustice but they did wrong to themselves that the quails became bad."
I believe all of us, Quran Lovers understand the teaching in these verses. These are the teachings of Islam).
After Prophet Moses a.s. and his poeple had lived in the desert for about 40 years, then, Allah commanded them to go to Jerusalem: (to be continued).

Let us continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
   (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In A Solat:
(viii) The Ritual Of Rukuu: It is Wajib/obligatory to Rukuu/bow by bending the upper body at the waist parallel to the floor. The head is in a straight line with the back and the buttocks. Both hands are placed on both knees. Both arms must be straight at the elbows and must not be bent and pressed to the waist. The fingers are not closed together but are apart. As a rule, the feet are apart. The knees must be straight. From Abu Humeid who said, "That the Prophet s.a.w. when Rukuu he did it simply, neither bending downwards nor tilting upwards (but straight), and he placed his hands on his knees, as if he was clutching them." (narrated by Nasa'i). 'Uqbah ibnu 'Amir which was narrated by Ahmad, Abu Daud and Nas'i, and from 'Aisyah r.a. which was narrated by Muslim, and from Ali r.a. which was narrated by Ahmad and Abu Daud, and also from Mash'ab ibnu Sa'ad which narrated by Al-Jamaah had reported to the same effect.
(ix) Recitation In Rukuu: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
