فَجَعَلْنَهَا نَكَلًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىْهَا وَ مَا خَلْفَهَا = "Fa Ja-'al Na Ha~ Na-ka~lal-Li Ma~ Bay-na Ya-day Ha~ Wa Ma~ KHol-fa Ha~", "Fa" = Then, "Ja-'al" = made, "Na~" = We, "Ha~" = it, "Na-Ka~lan" = to make an example, "Li Ma~" = to what, to who, "Bai-na" = in the between, "Ya-dai" = presence, "Ha~" it, "Wa" = and, "Ma~" = what, "KHol-fa" = succssor, "Ha~" = it,

And it is an exhortion/ earnest advice and a warning to the devoted (to Allah).
(67) (to be continued).
                                 oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In A Solat:
(xiv) After reciting the Doa while Sitting Down, recite the Takbir, "Al-Lohu Akbar", and without raising hands to the shoulders, Sujud again for the second time with Tomaaninah which is a Fardhu/duty/obligatory in a Solat. And while Sujud, it is Sunnah to recite the Tasbih and doa. Then rise up. This completes one "Rokaat"/bowing.
When rising up to a standing upright position, it is Sunnah to utter the Takbir, "Al-Lohu Akbar" without raising hands to the shoulders.
This standing upright is the second Rokaat. Then repeat the same process as of the first Rokaat.
(xv) Sit To Rest. It is done by people after raising up from the second Sujud before rising up to a standing upright for the second Rokaat, and is also done after raising up from the secong Sujud in the third Rokaat before rising up for the fourth Rokaat.
The Ruling of this Sitting To Rest: The Ulama had different opinions. Some said it is Sunnah, some said it is not Sunnah, it is done by those who need to rest. There are two opinions, both were from Ahmad rh.a.:
Khilal said, "Ahmad obtained the ruling about this Sit To Rest was from Malik ibnu Hiwairith who said that Yusuf ibnu Musa told him that Abu Umamah was asked about how to rise (from the second Sujud to standing upright), he said, "Upon the two heels, based on Hadith told by Rifa'ah".  Ibnu 'Ajlan also reported the same.
However, there were several companions of the Prophet s.a.w. who reported about the ritual Solat performed by the Prophet s.a.w. had never mentioned about the Prophet s.a.w. sat down to rest before rising up from the second Sujud.
(xvi) The Ritual Of Sitting Down To Rcite The Final Tasyahhud: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
