                               oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
   (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In a Solat:
(xi) The Manner Of Kneeling To Perform Sujud and To Raise From It:
The Jumhur/multitude of Ulama were/are of the opinion that it is Sunnah to place both knees first before placing both hands/palms to the floor. This is as reported by Ibnul Mundzir from 'Umar Nakh'i, Muslim ibnu Yasar and many others. Ibnu Qoiyim said, "The Prophet s.a.w. put his knees before his both hands/palms to the floor, then his palms, then his eyebrows and nose". This a true clarification which was narrated by Syarik, from 'Ashim ibnu Kalib who heard it from Wa~il ibnu Hajar who said, "I saw the Prophet s.a.w., when he s.a.w. Sujud, he s.a.w. placed his knees before his hands/palms, and when rise, he s.a.w. lifted up his hands before his knees.".
But, on the other hand, Malik, Auza'i and Ibnu Hazmin were of the opinion that it was/is Sunnah to place both hands/palms first before the knees. Ahmad had also narrated the same. Auza'i said, "I found that people placed their hands first before their knees".  And according to Ibnu Abi Daud, this is of the opinion of the People of Hadith.
The Manner Of Raising From A Sujud:
There are two different opinions on the manner of raising from the Sujud, just like that of the kneeling to perform Sujud: (a) The Multitude say that it is Sunnah to lift both hands first then the both knees, while (b) to raise both knees first than the both hands.
[These are only Sunnah/optional].
(xii) The Ritual Of Sujud: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
