أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(59) فَبَدَّلَ اُلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوْلًا غَيْرَ اُلَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَى اُلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رِجْزًا مِّنَ اُلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ
فَبَدَّلَ اُلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ قَوْلًا غَيْرَاُلَّذِي = "Fa Bad-da-lal-La-dzi~na ZHo-la-mu~ Qow-lan GHoi-rol-La-dzi~",  "Fa" = Then, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "ZHo-la-mu~" = cruel, "Qow-lan" = words, "GHoi-ro" = without, other than, "al-La-dzi~" = which,
قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنزَلْنَا عَلَى اُلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ = "َQi~la La Hum Fa Anz~zal Na~ 'A-lal-La-dzi~na ZHo-la-mu~",  "Qi~la" = was said, "La Hum" = to them, "Fa" = then, "Anz~zal" = bring down, "Na~" = We, " 'A-la~" = upon, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "ZHo-la-mu~" = cruel,
رِجْزًا مِّنَ اُلسَّمَآءِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْسُقُونَ = "Rijj-zam~Mi-nas-Sa-ma~~i Bi Ma~ Ka~nu~ Yaf-su-qu~~n".  "Rijj-san" = filth, "Mi-na" = from, "as-Sa-ma~~i" = the heaven, sky, "Bi Ma~" = for what, "Ka~nu~" = they be, "Yaf-su-qu~na" = impious, sinful.
"Fa Bad-da-lal-La-dzi~na ZHo-la-mu~ Qow-lan GHoi-rol-La-dzi~ Qi~la La Hum Fa Anz~zal Na~ 'A-lal-La-dzi~na ZHo-la-mu~ Rijj-zam~Mi-nas-Sa-ma~~i Bi Ma~ Ka~nu~ Yaf-su-qu~~n". = (Allah commanded the Children of Israel to bow and utter"Hittoh" when entering the city gate) But those cruel people changed the word which was not told them to utter, thence  We/Allah brought down to those cruel people filth/punishment from the heaven because they were sinners.
(After living in the At-Taiyeh desert for 40 years, Allah allowed the Children of Israel to enter the country/Jerusalem under the leadership of Prophet "Yusyaa" a.s. who replaced Prophet Moses a.s. who had passed away in the desert in 1065 B.C., some 3,078 years ago. They were told to enter the country/Jerusalem through the city gate bowing and uttering "Hittoh"/O Lord! Forgive us", instead, they entered the gate jutting out their bottoms and uttering "Hintoh"/wheat with the intent of mocking the Prophet a.s. Thence, Allah sent down to those cruel people filth/cholera as a punishment which had killed some 70,000 of them within an hour because of their evil doing.).
O = An eight angles star = end of the part.
(60) (to be continued).
                                ooooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (B) The Sunnah/optional In a Solat:
  (ix) Recitation In Rukuu:
It is Sunnah to recite "Dzikir"/words in praise of Allah with "Sub-ha~na Rob-bi-yal-'A-zhi~m" = Glory be to Allah the Most Glorious". From 'Uqbah ibnu 'Amir who said, "When the verse, "Fa Sab-bih Bis-mi Rob-bi Kal-'A-zhi~m", the Prophet s.a.w. said to us, "Place It in your Rukuu". (narrated by Ahmad, Abu Daud and others and its isnad is really good).
(Thus, by reciting this Dzikir, we also perform the Tumaaninah/ pause which is a Fardhu/duty in a solat).
There are four Dzikir from four reports made (a) by Ali r.a. which was narrated by Ahmad, Muslim, Abu Daud and others, (b) by 'Aisyah r.a., and (c) by 'Auf ibnu Malik narrated by Abu Daud, Tirmidzi and Nasa'i, and (d) another by 'Aisyah r.a. (and I chose this) who said, " When in Rukuu and in Sujud, the Prophet s.a.w. had at most of the time or usually recited: "Sub-ha~na Kal-Lohum~ma Rob-ba Na~" = O our Lord! Glory be to You,  "Wa Bi Ham-di Ka" = and many thanks and much praise be to You,  "Al-Lohum~magh-fir Li~" = O Allah! Forgive me", in obeying the command of the Quran." (narrated by Ahmad, Bukhori, Muslim and others). [I, have personally, added the words, "Wa Li Wa~li-dai-ya" = and (forgive) my parents (too)", to the last word, "Li~". What we were taught in school were (a) in Rukuu is : "Subha~na Rob-bi-yal-'A-zhi~mi Wa Bi Ham-dih" = Glory be to the Most Glorious Lord and many thanks and much praise to Him (then add Al-Lohum~magh-fir Li~ Wa Li Wa~li-dai-ya). (b) In Sujud: "Sub-ha~na Rob-bi-yal-'Aa-la~ Wa Bi Ham-dih" = Glory be to the Most High and many thanks and much praise to Him" + Al-Lohum~magh-fir Li~ Wa Li Wa Li Wa~li-dai-ya."].
  (x) The Recitation When Iitidal: (to be continued).
