Recitation 279

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم 
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(126) وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَهِيمُ رَبِّ اُجْعَلْ هَذَا بَلَدًا ءَامِنًا وَاُرْزُقْ أَهْلَهُو مِنَ اُلثَّمَرَاتِ مَنْ ءَامَنَ مِنْهُم بِاُللهِ وَبِاُلْيَوْمِ اُلأَخِرِ صلى قَالَ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَأُمَتِّعُهُو قَلِيلًا ثُمَّ أَضْطَرُّهُو~إِلَى عَذَابِ اُلنَّارِ صلى وَبِئْسَ اُلْمَصِيرُ
وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَهِيمُ رَبِّ اُجْعَلْ = "Wa Idz Qo~la Ibb-ro~hi~mu Rob-bijj-'al",  "Wa" = And, "Idz" = when, "Qo~la" = said, "Ibb-ro~hi~mu" = Abraham, "Rob-bi" = Lord, "ijj-'al" = make,
هَذَا بَلَدًا ءَامِنًا وَاُرْزُقْ أَهْلَهُو مِنَ اُلثَّمَرَاتِ = "Ha~dza~ Ba-la-dan A~mi-naw~Warr-zuqq Ah-la Hu~ Mi-nath-THa-ma-ro~ti",  "Ha~dza~" = this, "Ba-la-dan" = country, "A~mi-nan" = peaceful, "Wa" = and, "urr-zuqq" = provide, "Ah-la" = people, "Hu~" = its, "Min" = of, "ath-THa-ma-ro~ti" = the fruits,
مَن ءَامَنَ مِنهُم بِاُللهِ وَبِاُلْيَوْمِ اُلْأَخِرِ = "Man A~ma-na Min Hum~Bil-Lahi Wa Bil-Yaw-mil-A~khir".  "Man" = who, "A~ma-na" = believe, "Min Hum" = of them, "Bi" = in, "Al-Lahi" = Allah, "Wa" = and, "Bi" = in, "al-Yaw-mi" = the day, "al-A~khi-ri" = the last.
"Wa Idz Qo~la Ibb-ro~hi~mu Rob-bijj-'al Ha~dza~ Ba-la-dan A~mi-naw~Warr-zuqq Ah-la Hu~ Mi-nath-THa-ma-ro~ti Man A~ma-na Min Hum~Bil-Lahi Wa Bil-Yaw-mil-A~khir".  = And (remember) when Abraham entreated, "Lord! Make this country/Mecca a peaceful place, and provide fruits to its people of those who are Believers in Allah and in the Last Day".
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَمَن كَفَرَ فَأُمَتِّعُهُو قَلِيلًا ثُمَّ أَضْطَرُّهُو~ إِلَى عَذَابِ اُلنَّارِ = "Wa Mank~Ka-fa-ro Fa U-mat-ti-'u Hu~ Qo-li~lanth~THum~ma Adh-tor-ru Hu~~ I-la~ 'A-dza~bin~Na~~rr".  "Wa" = And, "Man" = who, "Ka-fa-ro" = disbelieve, "Fa" = then, "U-mat-ti-'u" = I give enjoyment to, "Hu~" = him, "Qo-li~lan" = a little while, "THum~ma" = then, "Adh-tor-ru" = to force, "Hu~" = him, "I-la~" = to, " 'A-dza~bi" = torment, "an~Na~ri" = the Hell Fire.
"Wa Mank~K-fa-ro Fa U-mat-ti-'u Hu~ Qo-li~lanth~THum~ma Adh-tor-ru Hu~~ I-la~ 'A-dza~bin~Na~~rr.". = And to the unberliever, I/Allah shall give him/the unbeliever temporary comfort, then I shall force him to undergo the torment of the Hell Fire.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَبٍِئْسَ اُلْمَصِيرُ = "Wa Bii-sal-Ma-shi~~r".  "Wa" = And, "Bii-sa" = vile indeed, "al-Ma-shi~ru" = the outcome.
"Wa Bii-sal-Ma-shi~~r" =  And vile indeed is his ending/ destination.  
(Prophet Abraham a.s. had entreated that Mecca be a peaceful country, and Allah had fulfilled it that the country is called the "Harom"/forbidden land, that is, it is forbidden to shed blood, to oppress, to hunt, to pull out the grass or to cut down live trees there. Prophet Abraham also prayed for Mecca be provided with fruits, including wheat, barley and rice for its peoples' food.
  To those who disbelieve in Allah and His Prophet s.a.w. and in the Hereafter, Allah will give them temporary comfort on this world. Then in the Hereafter, they will be tormented in the Hell Fire, a vile place to be in.).

Let us now continue to look into the brief chronicle of Prophet Jesus son of Mary a.s.:
   There are 4 Hadith reported by Abu Huroiroh r.a. and were narrated by (i) 2 by Bukhori, (ii) 2 by Ahmad, (b) From Nafii maula Abu Qotadah Al-Anshori, narrated by Bukhori, and (c) from Majmaa ibnu Jariyah narrated by Ahmad, reporting about the descending of Prophet Jesus son of Mary a.s. from the heavens to the earth at the end of time before the Doomsday/end of the world.
  From Abu Huroiroh r.a. reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "All Prophets are brothers of the same father, while their mothers are different, and their Religion is one. I/Muhammad am the nearest person to Jesus son of Mary because there was no other Prophet between him and me. And he will come down, he will descend with the help of two Angels. He will hold the wings of the two Angels, and will land on a white minaret in the East of Damascus. When all of you look at him, recognize him  by his medium height, fair and reddish complexion, he wears two yellowish coloured clothes, his head/hair will be as if there is water dripping from it while it is not wet. He will destroy all the Cross, will kill all pigs/swine, and will abolish all tax, and will call mankind to Islam. During that time, Allah will dissolve all religions on earth except the Religion of Islam, and Allah will also destroy the Messiah the Dajjal/the one-eyed evil Cyclops (who will be killed by Prophet Jesus a.s.). Thus the whole world will be peaceful that lions and camels can share the same pasture, so will the tigers and the cows, the wolves and the sheep, and children will be playing with snakes without any harm comes to them. He/Jesus will stay for forty years, then will pass away, and the Muslimin will perform Solat Janazah/Funeral rites for him". (narrated by Ahmad and Abu Daud).
