Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
وَلَمَّا جَآءَ هُمْ كِتَبٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اُللهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ = "Wa Lam~ma~ Ja~~a Hum Ki-ta~bum~Min 'Ind~dil-Lahi Mu-shod-di-qul-Li Ma~ Ma-'a Hum,  "Wa" = And, "Lam~ma~" = when, "Ja~~a" = come, "Hum" = them, "Ki-ta~bun" = a Scripture, "Min" = from, " 'Ind~da" = at, "Al-Lahi" = Allah, "Mu-shod-dfi-qun" = to confirm, "Li-ma~" = of what, "Ma-'a" = with, "Hum" = them,
وَكَانُواْ مِن قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ عَلَى اُلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ = "Wa Ka~nu~ Minq~Qobb-lu Yas-taf-ti-hu~na 'A-lal-La-dzi~na Ka-fa-ru~",  "Wa" = and, "Ka~nu~" = to be, "Min" = from, "Qobb-li" = before, "Yas-taf-ti-hu~na" =  to seek aid, " 'A-la~" = on, "al-La-dzi~na" = he who, "Ka-fa-ru~" = disbelieve,
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ هُم مَّا عَرَفُواْ كَفَرُواْ بِهِى  "Fa Lam~ma~ Ja~~a Hum~Ma~ 'A-ro-fu~ Ka-fa-ru~ Bih".  "Fa" = then, "Lam~ma~" = when, "Ja~~a" = come, "Hum" = them, "Ma~" = what, " 'A-ro-fu~" = they know, "Ka-fa-ru~" = they deny, "Bi Hi~" = with it.
"Wa Lam~ma~ Ja~~a Hum Ki-ta~bum~Mind~dil-Lahi Mu-shod-di-qul-Li Ma~ Ma-'a Hum Wa Ka~nu~ Minq~Qob-lu Yas-taf-ti-hu~na 'A-lal-La-dzi~na Ka-fa-ru~ Fa Lam~ma~ Ja~~a Hum~Ma~ 'A-ro-fu~ Ka-fa-ru~ Bih". = and when there comes to them/Children of Israel a Scripture/Quran from Allah confirming what is with them/the Torah, and before that (the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. came), they had entreated for aid to defeat the disbelievers. But when there comes (the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.) they knew, they denied him s.a.w.
ج = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
Fa La-'a-na-tul-Lohi 'A-lal-Ka~fi-ri~~n".  "Fa" = Then, "La-'a-na-tu" = curse, "Al-Lohi" = Allah, " 'A-la~" = on, "al-Ka~fi-ri~na" = the disbelievers.
"Fa La-'a-na-tul-Lohi 'A-lal-Ka~fi-ri~~n". = Thus, Allah's curse is on the disbelievers.
(When Allah sent the Prophet s.a.w. to the Children of Israel who were in Yathrib/Medina bringing with him s.a.w. the Scripture/Al-Quran which contains narrations confirming their Scripture/Torah. Before the Prophet s.a.w. came, they/the Children of Israel were hoping for the last and final Messenger of Allah would come. They had prayed for him to come to them to give them aid in defeating and in driving away their enemies then because they were living in hardship and were always in wars. But, when the Prophet s.a.w. came and they knew that he s.a.w. was not of their clan, they refused to believe in him s.a.w. Thus, Allah cursed them for their denial).

Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
   (2) Solat:  Dzikir and Doa after Solat:
    (x) From Muslim ibnu Harith, from his father that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "When you have finished Solat Fardhu Subuh and before talking to anyone, you recite, اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِى مِنَ اُلنَّارِ seven times, = "Al-Lohum~ma A-jir Ni~ Mi-nan~Na~rr" = (O Allah! Protect me from the Fiery Hell), and if coincidently that you die on that day, Allah will surely protect you from the Fiery Hell. And when you have finished Solat Fardhu Maghrib, you recite before talking to anyone, اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ. اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِى مِنَ النَّارِ seven times, = "Al-Lohum~ma In~ni~ As-a-lu Kal-Jan~nah. Al-Lohum~ma A-jir Ni~ Mi-nan~Na~rr" = (O Allah! I ask of You for the Paradise. O Allah! Protect me fron the Fiery Hell), and if coincidently that you die on that night, Allah will protect you from the Fiery Hell". (narrated by Ahmad and Abu Daud).
(xi) Narrated by Tibroni that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Whosoever recite Sholawat/blessing upon the Prophet s.a.w. in the morning/ Shubuh,  ten times and in the evening/'Ashor ten times, will gain my Syafaat/intercession on the Day of Resurrection.".
(xii) Narrated by Muslim that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Whosoever recite Sholawat on me once, Allah will Sholawat on them ten times".
(xiii) Narrated by Tirmidzi and Abu Daud that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Recite Sholawat on me as many as you can because on the Day of Resurrection, your Sholawat will become Nur/light for you.".
  (xiv) Abu Daud and Hakim narrated that the Prophet s.a.w. had always recited after Solat: اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِى فِى بَدَنِى = "Al-Lohum~ma 'A~fi Ni~ Fi~ Ba-da-ni~" = (O Allah! Make my body healthy), اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِى فِى سَمْعِى = Al-Lohum~ma 'A~fi Ni Fi~ Sam-'i~" = (O Allah! Make my hearing healthy and good), اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِى فِى بَصَرِى = "Al-Lohum~ma 'A~fi Ni~ Fi~ Ba-sho-ri~" = (O Allah! I seek protection from You from paganism and from becoming poor). اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ = "Al-Lohum~ma In~ni~ A 'U~dzu Bi Ka Min 'A-dza~bil-Qobr" = (O Allah! I seek protection from You from the punishment in the grave). لَا إِلَهِ إِلَّا أَنْتَ = "La~ I-la~ha Il-la~ An-ta". = (There is no other God but You".
(xv) Ahmad, Ibnu Syaibah and Ibnu Majah narrated that Ummu Salamah said that the Prophet s.a.w. had recited this Doa after his s.a.w. Solat Shubuh:   اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا وَاسِعًا وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا = "Al-Lohum~ma In~ni~ As-a-lu Ka 'Il-man~Na~fi-'a~, Wa Ridz-qow~Wa~si-'a~, Wa 'A-ma-lam~Mu-ta-qob-ba-la~" = (O Allah! I ask of You for beneficial knowlege, and vast livelihood and fortune, and deeds that You consent".
(xvi) There are many other Doa that can be obtained in other books.
