أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(86) أُوْلَئِكَ اُلَّذِينَ اُشْتَرَوُاْ اُلْحَيَوةَ اُلدُّنْيَا بِاُلْأَخِرةِ صلى فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ اُلْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ
أُوْلَئِكَ اُلَّذِينَ اُشْتَرَوُاْ اُلْحَيَوةَ اُلدُّنْيَا بِاُلْأَخِرةِ = "U-la~~i-kal-La-dzi~nasy-ta-ro-wul-Ha-ya~tad-Dun-ya~ Bi A~khi-roh".  "U-la~~i-ka" = These are, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "isy-ta-ro-wu" = purchase/trade, "al-Ha-ya~ta" = the life, "ad-Dun-ya~" = the world, "Bi" = with, "al-A~khi-ro-ti" = the Hereafter.
"U-la~~i-kal-La-dzi~nasy-ta-ro-wul-Ha-ya~tad-Dun-ya~ Bil-A~khi-roh". = These are the people who purchase/trade the life on this world at the price of the Hereafter".
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ اُلْعَذَابُ = "Fa La~ Yu-khof-fa-fu 'An Hu-mul-'A-dza~bu",  "Fa" =Then, "La~" = not, "Yu-khof-fa-fu" = it enlightens, " 'An Hum" on them, "al-'A-dza~bu" = the torment,
وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ = "Wa La~ Hum Yansh~sho-ru~~n".  "Wa La~" = and not, "Hum" = they, "Yunsh~sho-ru~na". = they be delivered/ helped.
"Fa La~ Yu-khof-fa-fu 'An Hu-mul-'A-dza~bu Wa La~ Hum Yunsh~sho-ru~~n". =  Thence, their torment will not be lightened nor will they be delivered (from their torment).
(Those who believe in some parts of the Scripture and deny some of it are likened to the people who trade their better lives in the Hereafter for the necessity of this world. Those who prefer the nice things in this world will lose their better things in the Hereafter and consequently will automatically suffer or be punished severely and there will not be anyone to lightened or ease the punishment nor there be anyone to deliver them from the punishment).
(87) (to be continued).
                                oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: Dzikir and Doa after Solat:
(vii) From Abu Umamah that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Whosoever recite ayat Kursi after each Solat Fardhu, there is none preventing him/her from entering the Paradise except death (there is no more death in the Hereafter). (narrated by Nasa-i and Tibroni).
From Ali r.a. who said that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Whosoever recite ayat Kursi each time after Solat Fardhu will be in the care/protection of Allah until the next Solat". (narrated by Tibroni).
Ayat Kursi (verse 255, surah 2 Al-Baqoroh), we have studied this verse before. Please look back:
"'A U~dzu Bil-Lahi Mi-nasy-Syai-to~nir-Ro-ji~m. Al-Lohu La~ I-la~ha Il-la Hu-wal-Hai-yul-Qoi-yu~m. La~ Taa-khu-dzu Hu~ Si-na-tuw~Wa La~ Nawu~m. La Hu~ Ma~ Fis-Sa-ma-wa~ti Wa Ma Ma~ Fil-Ardh. Mandz~Dzal-La-dzi~ Yasy-fa-'u 'Ind~da Hu~~ Il-la~ Bi Idz-nih. Yaa-la-mu Ma~ Bai-na Ai-di~ Him Wa Ma~ Khol-fa Hum Wa La~ Yu-hi~tu~na Bi Syai-im~Min 'Il-mi Hi~~ Il-la~ Bi Ma~ Sya~~a Wa-si-'a Kurr-si-yu Hus-Sa-ma~wa~ti Wal-Arrdh. Wa La~ Ya-u~du Hu~ Hif-zhu Hu-ma~. Wa Hu-wal-'A-liy-yul-'A-zhi~~m."
(viii) From 'Uqbah ibnu 'Amir: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
