= "Wal-La-dzi~na Yu-ta-waf-fau-na Mink~Kum Wa Ya-zha-ru~na Az-wa~jay~Ya-ta-rob-bash-na Bi Amf~fu-si Hin~na Ar-ba-'a-ta Asy-hu-riw~Wa 'Asy-ro~".
"Wa" = and (and after the "Wau" is an Alif Lam Syamsiyah, the Alif  is not pronounced but the Lam with a Syaddah is pronounced, (Wal").
"(Al-)La-dzi~na" (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = he who
"u-ta-waf-fau-na ( a Mad Lin "au") = die
"Min" = among  (and after the "Nun" is a letter "Kaf" is an Ikhfaa Haqiqi where the silent Nun is concealed simply, without emphasis, "Mink~")
"Kum" = you (pl.) (and after the silent Mim is a letter "Wau" is an Izh-har Syafawi, the silent Mim is to be pronounced distinctively)
"Wa" = and
"Ya-zha-ru~na" (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = leave behind
"Az-wa~jan" (a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah, and after the Tanwin is a letter "Ya" is an Id-gham ma'al-Ghunnah / assimilating with humming sound of the nasal to 2 harakah, "jay~" = wives / widows
"Ya-ta-rob-bash-na" = to wait, to defer
"Bi" = on
"Amf~fu-si" (an Ikhfaa Haqiqi / concealing the silent Nun and with a humming sound of the nasal) = selves

"Ar-ba-'a-ta" (the Ro is a Ro Tafkhim /is emphasized vigourously) = Four
"Asy-hu-rin" (and after the Tanwin is a letter "Wau", is an Idgham ma'al-Ghunnah / Assimilating into "Wau" with a humming sound of the nasal to 2 harakah, "riw~") = months
"Wa" = and
" 'Asy-ron" (but it is paused on, so it is pronounced as "Asy-ro~" is a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun / Transitory to Cease, then the Tanwin is not pronounced but it is pronounced with a 2 harakah "ro~") = Ten.
صلى  (a Waqof Jaiz Maa Kaun Al-Washal Awla sign denotes pausing is permitted but Washal /not pausing is preferred)
= "And those of you (pl.) who died and leaving behind wives / widows, (those widows are) to wait and defer for Four months and Ten (days)," =  (God command that women whose husbands died must observe a waiting period / 'Iddah for Four (lunar) months and Ten days (i.e. 291/2 days x 4 + 10 = 128 days) during which time they are not allowed to remarry. This is because should they had sex with their late husbands before they die, the embryo in their wombs, if any, may develop into foetus and they can know that the baby is their late husbands'. The Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. said, "Truly, each and every one of you is put together in your mother's womb for 40 days in a form of a drop of spermatozoon in the egg (of the mother), then it becomes a clot of blood, an embryo after another 40 days, then it becomes a piece of flesh, foetus after another 40 days. Then after that God send His Angel to it, and its soul which was created by Allah / The God when He began to creat all things, is blown into its body. Then the Angel will write what Allah tell him to write: (i) its  livelihood, (ii) its life-span, (iii) its deed and accomplishment in life and (iv) its good or bad fortunes".
