Recitation No. 384.
أعوذبالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite the verse 233 of surah 2 Al-Baqoroh. Please refer to the text:
أعوذبالله من الشيطان الرجيم
فَإٍنْ أَرَادَا فِصَالًا عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍ فَلَاجُنَاحَ عَلَيهِمَا قلى
= "Fa In A-ro~da~ Fi-sho~lan 'An~ta-ro~dhim~Min Hu-ma~ Wa Ta-sya~wu-rinf~Fa La~ Ju-na~ha 'A-lai Hi-ma~",
"Fa" = then,
 "In" (an Izh-har Hal-qi, when after a silent Nun is a standing Hamzah, the silent Nun is pronounced clearly) = if
"A-ro~da~ (both are Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) = to wish 
"Fi-sho~lan ("sho~ is a Mad Ashli, 2 harakah) ("lan" is an Izh-har Halqi, where after a Tanwin is an 'Ain, the "silent Nun" is pronounced clearly) = to wean from suckling
" 'Ant~" (an Ikh-faa Haqiqi~ where after a silent Nun is a letter "Ta", the Nun is concealed, unpronounced without emphasis and with a humming sound of the nasal to the length of 2 harakah)
"Ta-ro~dhin" {"ro~" (a Mad Ashli, to 2 harakah)} "dhim" (it is pronounced with Mim and not Nun because it is an Id-ghom ma'al-ghunnah when after the Tanwin is a "Mim"and is assimilated to the "Mim" with a humming sound of the nasal to 2 harakah) = to break
"Min" (an Izh-har Halqi, when after the silent Nun is a "He", the silent Nun is pronounced clearly) = of
"Hu-ma~" (a Mad Ashli, to 2 harakah) = they both
"Wa" = and
"Ta-sya~ (a Mad Ashli, to 2 harakah) wu-rinf~ (an Ikh-faa Haqiqi~ where after a Tanwin is a letter "Fa", the Tanwin is concealed without emphasis and with a humming sound of the nasal to 2 harakah) = joint consultation
"Fa" = then,   "La~" (a Mad Ashli, to 2 harakah) = no
"Ju-na~(a Mad ashli, to 2 harakah) ha" = sin, crime
" 'A-lai (a Mad Lin / soft Mad / a half emphatic letter, an unsigned letter "Ya /ي ") = upon
"Hi-ma~" (a Mad Ashli, to 2 harakah) = them both.
= (Then, if both of them (the parents)wished to wean their baby from suckling (before the 2 whole years period), after they jointly consulted and discussed about it and agreed to it, then there is no sin against them both to do so (if it would not cause any harm to the baby).
قلى = (a Waqof Jaiz ma'a kaun al-waqof awla denotes pause is permitted and it is preferred).
