فَمَنِ اُضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَلَآ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ = "Fa Ma-nidh-tur-ro GHoi-ro Ba~ghiw~Wa La~ 'A~dinf~ Fa La~~ Ith-ma 'A-lai~h".  "Fa" = Then, "Ma-ni" = who, "udh-tur-ro" = to be in need of, is compelled to, "GHoi-ro" = other than, not, "Ba~ghin" = able, desire, "Wa" = and, "La~" = is not, " 'A~din" = return, transgressing/go beyond due limits, "Fa" = then, "La~" = no, "Ith-ma" = sin, " 'A-lai" = upon, for, "Hi" = him.

( Allah s.w.t. is telling us that He s.w.t do not forbid food except (i) the corpse because mankind is a respectful being, if he/she is a Believer and does good deeds sincerely, he/she is higher in ranking than the Angels, the carcass, that is an animal died a natural death or died without being slaughtered except creatures living in the water, in the river or in the sea, and all kinds of grasshopper, (ii) blood, that is all blood that spilt, whether it flows or not, except that are in the heart and in the liver, (iii) pork/meat of a pig or a hog, it includes every part of a pig or a hog, (iv) animals slaughtered not in the name/names of Allah but in the name/s of other than Allah's.
Then Allah mentioned some conditions contrary to this prohibition, when a person is compelled to eat any of them and is not sinful, when is in these conditions: (i) A very hungry person without any food except any of those three forbidden food. He/She should only eat to satisfy his/her hunger and no more. (ii) He/She is being forced and being threatened by an enemy. (iii) A very poor person who is unable to get Halal food. These people are compelled to eat the forbidden food and Allah will not blame them for Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.).
