ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
وَمِنَ اُلنَّاسِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِ اُللهِ أَندَادًا يُحِبُّونَهُمْ كَحُبِّ اُللهِ = "Wa Mi-nan~Na~si Mai~Yat-ta-khi-dzu Mind~Du~nil-Lahi And~da~dai~Yu-hib-bu~na Hum Ka Hub-bil-Lah".  "Wa" = And, "Mi-na" = from, of, among, "an~Na~si" = the mankind, "Man" = who, "Yat-ta-khi-dzu" = take, "Min" = from, "Du~ni" = lower, inferior than, "Al-Lahi" = Allah, "And~da~dan" = equal, peer, "Yu-hib-bu~na" = love, "Hum" = they, "Ka" = just like, "Hub-bi" = love, "Al-Lahi" = Allah. (In the past, the word الله is a Madd Ashli, was pronounced as Allo~h. But today, it is not a Madd. But we may use either as a Madd or is not a Madd).
"Wa Mi-nan~Na~si Mai~Yat-ta-khi-dzu Mind~Du~nil-Lahi And~da~da-~Yu-hib-bu-na Hum Ka Hub-bil-La~~h". = And among the mankind (there are people) who take things that are inferior than Allah as His/Allah's equal, and they love them just like  they (should) love Allah.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَاُلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ~أَشَدُّ حُبًّا لِّلهِ = "Wal-La-dzi~na A~ma-nu~~ A-syad-du Hub-bal-Lil-La~~h". = "Wa" = And, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "A~ma-nu~" = believe, "A-syad-du" = stronger, "Hub-ban" = to love, "Li" = to, "Al-Lahi" = Allah.
"Wal-La-dzi~ A~ma-nu~~ A-syad-du Hub-bal-Lil-La~~h". =  And those who believe (in Allah and their) love to Allah is very strong/ deep.
قلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَلَوْ يَرَى اُلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ~إِذْ يَرَوْنَ اُلْعَذَابَ = "Wa Law Ya-rol-La-dzi~na ZHo-la-mu~~ Idz Ya-row-nal-'A-dza~ba",  "Wa" = And, "Law" = if, "Ya-ro~" = to see, "al-La-dzi~na" = who, "ZHo-la-mu~" = do evil, "Idz" = if, "Ya-row-na" = they see, "al-'A-dza~ba" = the torment,
أَنَّ اُلْقُوَّةَ لِلهِ جَمِيعًا وَأَنَّ اُللهَ شَدِيدُ اُلْعَذَابِ = "An~nal-Quw-wa-tal-Lil-Lahi Ja-mi~'aw~Wa An~nal-Loha SYa-di~dul-'A-dza~~bb". = "An~na" = truly, "al-Quw-wa-ta" = the Power, "Li" = belong to, "Al-Lahi" = Allah, "Ja-mi~'an" = all, totally, "Wa" = and, "An~na" = really, "Al-Loha" = Allah, "SYa-di~du" = severe, "al-'A-dza~bi" = the/His torment.
"Wa Law Ya-rol-La-dzi-na ZHo-la-mu~~ Idz Ya-row-nal-'A-dza~ba An~nal-Quw-wa-ta Lil-Lahi Ja-mi~'aw~Wa An~nal-Loha SYa-di~dul-'A-dza~~bb".  =  And if those who do evil would see the torment (they will undergo in the Judgment Day), truly the Power belong to Allah totally, and really Allah inflict a severe torment.
(To those who worship other than Allah, God the One and Only, that is they worship idols, or their beloved leader, or any celebrity and love them more than they love Allah, they are being considered by Allah as "ZHolim"/evil doers, and they will on the Judgment Day see the severe torment Allah have prepared for them for their evil doing in worshipping and loving other than Allah. On the Judgment Day all Power belong totally to Allah, for mankind were given the power of Caliph only on this earth.
And those who believe in Allah and their love of Allah is very strong and deep that they love Allah more than they love other things than Allah. And they will be handsomely rewarded, that is the Paradise.).
(166) (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers soon.
