Recitation 110

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(163) وَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَحِدٌ صلى لَآ إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ اُلرَّحْمَنُ اُلرَّحِيمُ
وَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَحِدٌ = "Wa I-la~hu Kum I-la~huw~Wa~hidd".  "Wa" = And, "I-la~hu" = God, "Kum" = your (pl.), "I-la~hun" = God, "Wa~hi-dun" = one.
"Wa I-la~hu Kum I-la~huw~Wa~hidd".  =  "And your (pl.) God is one God.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
لَآ إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ اُلرَّحْمَنُ اُلرَّحِيمُ = "La~~ I-la~ha Il-la~ Hu-war-Roh-ma~nur-Ro-hi~~m".  = "La~" = No, "I-la~ha" = God, "Il-la~" = except, but, "Hu-wa" = He, "Ar-Roh-ma~nu",  = the Most Compassionate, "Ar-Ro-hi~mu" = the Most Merciful.
"La~~ I-la~ha Il-la~ Hu-war-Roh-ma~nur-Ro-hi~~m".  = There is no other God but/than He, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
(Allah is informing us, Muslimin, that it is He and only He alone ought to be worshipped, and there is none His equal or His peer for He have no partner. And He is One and Only, He is eternally Besought by all. He beget none nor was begotten. And there is none equal nor comparable to Him.
Allah also inform us that there is no other God but He, and He alone is the God of the whole creation. And He s.w.t. is "Ar-Roh-ma~n"/the Most Compassionate to all His creatures whether or not they believe in Him or whether or not they obey Him, and so forth, He s.w.t. will still provide them with air to breathe, water to drink, fruits and vegetations for food and so on. And He s.w.t. is also "Ar-Rohi~m"/the Most Merciful, He give to all His creatures the feeling of love, that a bull elephant does not trample its young, and He/Allah s.w.t. also give the five senses and the sense organs, and so forth to all His creatures).
