                              oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Ghusul/major ablution:
The Forbidden Acts of a person while in Janabah/major filement:
 (v) To stay in a mosque: It is Haram for a Janabah person to stay in a mosque. This is based on a Hadith (a) From Aisyah r.a. who said, "The Prophet s.a.w. came, and the front part of his companions' houses protruded into the mosque (the mosque then was unlike it is now, it was without solid walls), the Prophet s.a.w. said (to his companions), "Move the front part of your houses away from the mosque." Then he went (into the mosque). The companions did not do anything in the hope that the Prophet would give them some relief. Later, when the Prophet came out of the mosque, he went to them and said, "Turn these houses away from the mosque, because I do not allow women with menses and people with Janabah to be in this mosque." (narrated by Abu Daud). (b) Ummu Salamah r.a. reported," The Prophet s.a.w. went into the mosque's compound and proclaimed loudly, "Truly, women with menses and people with Janabah are not allowed in the mosque" (narrated by Ibnu Majah and Tibroni).
These 2 Hadith forbid people with menses and people with Janabah from staying in the mosque, but these people with defilement can and may pass by or walk through the mosque, as Allah says in surah 4 An-Nisaa verse 43: "O believers, do not go near/perform the solat when you are drunk, until you are conscious of what you utter, nor when you are defiled/Janabah, unless you are (just) passing by or walk through (the mosque) until you have bathe/ghusul". There were 4 Hadith reported about the companions, and the Prophet's wives r.a. with menses entering in and then going out of the mosque, some were asked by the Prophet s.a.w. himself to do errant for him. The Hadith were reported by (i) Jabir a.s., (ii)Yazid bin Habib, (iii)Aisyah r.a. and (iv) Maimunah r.a.
The "Ar-ka~nu"/guiding rules of Ghusul/major ablution: (to be continued).
Until we meet again, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
