Recitation 112.A

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Ghusul/Major Ablution:
Ghusul/major ablution means to take a bath, i.e. to bathe the whole body with water. Ghusul/bathing or major ablution was implemented as a Law in Islam is, as Allah commanded in surah 5 Al-Maidah verse 6, that is immediately after the commandment on Wudhuu,: ".... And if you are in "Junub"/a state of Major Defilement/impurity, then cleanse yourself. ..." And also, please refer to surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, verse 222.
There are 5 incidents which Ghusul/major ablution is "Wajib"/obligatory to be performed: (i) Ejection of "Mani"/sperm. The ejection must be together with lust/sexual desire, and after the ejection, the body feels weak and tired, either while awake or during sleeping, male or female. [(a) If the ejection was without lust and the body was not weak and tired after the liquid emitted, then it was not "Mani" but "Madzi". (b) If one had in one's sleep, a dream of having sex or doing fondling or whatever with an opposite sex/or now of the same sex, but there was no ejection of sprem, then one needs not Ghusul. (c) When one feels that one is about to ejection, but withholds it, and no sperm emittes, then one needs not Ghusul. But afterwards the sperm ejects, then one must take ablution. (d) When one sees that one's clothing (pant or garment) is wet with sperm which is thick, sticky and the ordour is pleasant, but does not know when it came out and if one has just performed solat, one must take Ghusul and perform that solat once again.].
(2) Having sexual intercourse: (to be continued).
Until we meet in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
