Dear Quran Lovers,
The evening news reported that Hunan, China is having a very hot, dry and high temperature. The river has dried up and there is no drinking water. Let us lend them a helping hand by reciting surah Yasin and Doa that the temperature returns to normal and there will be rain fall. Thank you.
Let us continue recite surah 87 Al-Aala~. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(11) وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا اُلْأَشْقَى = "Wa Ya-ta-jan~na-bu Hal-Asy-qo~". "Wa" = And "Ya-ta-jan~na-bu" = to avoid, "Ha~" = it, "al-Asy-qo~" = the mischievious.
"Wa Ya-ta-jan~na-bu Hal-Asy-qo~" = And the michievious does avoid it (the reminder).
Al-La-dzi~ Yash-lan~Na~rol-Qubb-ro~". "Al-La-dzi~" = Who, "Yash-la~" = roast, "an~Na~ro" = the fiery Hell, "al-Kubb-ro~" = very great.
"Al-La-dzi~ Yash-lan~Na~rol-Qubb-ro~" = Who will be roasted in the very great Fiery Hell.
THum~ma La~ Ya-mu~tu Fi~ Ha~", "THum~ma" = Then, "la~" = not, "Ya-mu~tu" = he dies, "Fi~ Ha~" = in it
Wa La~ Yah*-ya~". "Wa La~" = and not, "Yah*ya~" = live.
"THum~ma La~ Ya-mu~tu Fi~ Ha~ Wa La~ Yah*ya~" = Then he is neither die nor live (in the Fiery Hell).
(14) (to be continued).
                                oooo000oooo
Let us continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Wudhuu/minor ablution: Things that invalidate the wudhuu:
(9) When touching a private part with the fingers and the palm with lust/sexually aroused. There are 3 Hadith mentioning about touching a private part directly skin to skin with the hand, be it a male or a female, and the Prophet s.a.w. said, "He/she must take ablution before performing solat." But a Hadith from THaliq who said, "A man asked the Prophet s.a.w. about a person touching his front private part, should he take ablution (to perform solat?)" The Prophet s.a.w. replied, "No. It is a part of your own body". (narrated by the five (narrators of Hadith and was confirmed as authentic by Ibnu Hibban). Ibnu Madini said, "This Hadith is better/stronger than the three Hadith."
[From the book "The Collection of Ahadith Hukum vol 1:
(i) Umar Abdullah ibn Umar, Abu Hurairah, Ibnu Abbas, Saad ibn Abi Waqash and 5 other companions, and Malik, Asy-Syafiei, Ahmad and Is-haq were of the opinion that touching the private part spoils the ablution. (ii) Ali ibn Abi Tolib, Amer ibn Yasin, Abdullah ibn Mas-'ud and 5 other companions were of the opinion that it does not spoil the ablution. (iii) Malik in another narration was quoted as the ablution is not spoilt. Taking new wudhuu is Sunnah and it is not wajib. (iv) Malik, Al-Laith, Asy-Syafiei and Ishaq were of the opinion that touching is with the palm (and the "front" of the fingers). (v) Malik: touching the backside does not spoil the ablution. (vi) Ahmad in another narration was of the opinion that the ablution is not spoilt. (vii) Ahmad said, "It does not spoil the ablution if it is touched unintentionally. (viii) Al-Auza'ii, Asy-Syafiei and Ishaq said, "Touching the private part means it is either intentionally or unintentionally". (ix) Asy-Syafiei said, "The private part means both the front and the backside.".(x) Prof. T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shoddiqy says, "The precept of the Prophet s.a.w.  is that ablution should be taken anew when touching the front private part is a Sunnah and it is not Wajib/obligatory. The precept that the ablution is spoilt, is when the touching made is with lust/sexually aroused. Touching without lust, does not spoil the wudhuu".] Wallohu Aa-lam= And Allah knows best.
(to be continued).
