"Wal-Fajrr". = By the Dawn (on the 'I~dul-Adh-ha~ /Feast of Immolation/sacrifice Day).
(2) وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ = "Wa La-ya~lin 'Asyrr". "Wa" = And, "La-ya~lin" = nights, " 'Asy-rin" = ten.
"Wa La-ya~lin 'Asyrr". = And the ten nights (the first ten nights of the month of DZul-H*ijjah, Allah loves best and prefers His bondservants to perform pious acts during these 10 days).
(3) وَاُلشَّفْعِ وَاُلْوَتْرِ = "Wasy-syaf-'i Wal-Watrr". "Wa" = And, "asy-syaf-'i" = the even number/dual, "Wa" = and, "al-wat-ri" = the odd number/single.
"Wasy-syaf-'i Wal-Watrr" = And dual/even (is the "Nahar"/flow of blood of the sacrifice Day/'I~dul-Adh-h*a~, the 10th of Dzulhijjah) and the single/odd (i.e. the 9th of Dzulhijjah is the Arafah/Wukuf/halting of the Haj at the Mount of Arafah for prayer Day). (ii) Ibnu Abbas said, " Allah is Single in number, and we all are dual in numbers/in pairs."
(4) (to be continued).

Let us continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Ghusul/major ablution;
Things that are forbidden when one is in "Janabah"/major defilement:

All the Imam Mujtahidin/Legal Experts in Islamic Law and all the companions of the Prophet s.a.w. were in consensus that it is Haram/forbidden to touch or to carry the copy of the Quran when one is in Janabah/major defilement. (But if it were  Quran with translation or there were other writing of other language be with the verses of Quran, it is not Haram/forbidden).
