My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 3, A~li 'Imro~n, verse 6. Please refer to the Text :
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِى الْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ ج لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكٍيمُ (6)
= "Hu-wal-La-dzi~ Yu-show-wi-ru Kum Fil-Ar-ha~mi Kai-fa Ya-Sya~~~' (J) La~~ I-la~ha Il-la~ Hu-wal-'A-zi~zul-Ha-ki~~~m". (6)
= "Hu-wa" (after the above sign Waw is an Alif Lam Syamsiyah, "-wal-") = He, "(A)l-La-dzi~" = who, "Yu-show-wi-ru" = he fashions, "Kum" (after the Silent Mim is a "Fa", is an Izhhar Syafawi) = you (pl.), "Fi~" (a Mad Ashli but after it, is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "Fil_") = in, "(A)l-Ar-ha~mi" = wombs, "Kai-fa" (a Mad Lin) = how, condition, "Ya-sya~~~u" (a Mad Wajib Muttashil but is paused at it, becomes a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun, "-sya~~~' ") = he wishes, (J) = a pause sign. "La~" (a Mad Ashli and after it, is a Standing Hamzah in another word, is a Mad Jaiz Munfashil, "La~~") = no, "I-la~ha" = god, diety, "Il-la~" = except, "Hu-wa" (after the above sign Waw is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "-wal-") = he, "(A)l-'A-zi~zu" (a Mad Ashli, after the front sign Zai is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "-zul-") = the Most Powerful, (A)l-Ha-ki~mu" (a Mad Ashli but is paused at it, becomes a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun, "-ki~~~m") = the Most Wise.
(6) = the end of verse No. 6, sign.
= "(It is) He / Allah who fashioned you (pl.) in the wombs (according to) what He Will and Wish. (J./ Pause). (There is) No (other) God except Him, the Most Powerful, the Most Wise".".
= (When the Christian visitors said to the Prophet s.a.w. that Jesus was/is not only the son of God, but becuase he could revive the dead, cure leprosy, created a bird from clay and gave life to it, thus, he/Jesus is God himself, thence, Allah revealed verses No. 5 and this verse No.6, and the Prophet s.a.w. conveyed them to the Christians in response to their claim that Jesus was/is God, that, it was Allah who created Jesus and them, the Christian visitors, in their mothers' wombs. And they, Jesus and the visitors were/are among Allah's Creation. And there were/are many unseen things that Jesus did/does not know but Allah Know. And (we repeat) it was Allah who created, formed and shaped Mankind in their mothers' wombs according to His Will and Wishes, be they males or females, their skin be fair and white or coloured, be good looking or plain, be with sufficient qualities or otherwise and so forth in accordance with His Wisdom. {A Hadith told us that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Truly, each and every of you (O Mankind) was created in your mother's womb beginning with a drop of semen (of the man) in the mother's egg or ovum for a period of Forty days, then it transformed into a clot of blood and was in that clot form for another Forty days, then it turned into a piece of flesh or an embryo and was in that form for about Forty days, and when the embryo was about toward the final stage of its period, it become a foetus, then an Angel was sent to it, and the Angel was asked by Allah to write/record Four things, about (i) its livelihood, (ii) its life span, (iii) its deeds and accomplishments, and (iv) its fate, good or otherwise."} Thus, There is no other God to be worshipped but Him/Allah the Most Powerful in His Governance and the Most Wise in creating His Creation, and all the creatures' sustenance or livelihood is assured by Him).
Until we meet again in the next session, Insya Allah. See all of You Quran Lovers soon.

Recitation No.472. A.
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to look into the discussion between the Prophet s.a.w. and the Christians from the Nejran, Yemen about Islam :
(When hearing the answer from the Prophet s.a.w., one of them said, "If Jesus were not the son of God, then who is his father?" The Prophet s.a.w. replied, "All of you knew that there is no son who is not like his father". They said, "Yes, we knew that". The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Do you not know that our God is Eternal and will never die while Jesus dies". They replied, "Yes, of course." The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Do you not know that our God Take Care of all of us and Provide us with sustenance". They replied, "Naturally, we know". The Prophet s.a.w. asked, "Does Jesus has such power?" They replied, "No". The Prophet s.a.w. then said, "Do you not know that our God Created Jesus in the womb of his mother according to His / God's Wish, while God Himself Do not eat nor drink nor incur impurities by emptying waste liquid from the bladder nor discharging waste matters from the bowels". They answered, "But of couese". The Prophet s.a.w. added, "Do you not know that Jesus was bore by his mother just like any other ordinary woman bore her child, and Jesus was born like other woman gave birth to her child. Then he was fed food like the other baby was being fed, then he ate, drank and incurred impurities?". They answered, "Yes, he was". The Prophet s.a.w. said, "Then how could it be happening (if Jesus were the son of God) as you all have claimed". On hearing that they were tongue-tied. But they refused to believe that Jesus is not the son of God. Thence, Allah revealed this verse : "Alif La~m Mi~m. Allah, there is no (other) God (to be worshipped) except Him, the Living, the Everlasting in regulating His Creation").

The Prophet s.a.w. replied, "All of you knew that there is no son who is not like his father".

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم

My Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 3 Al-'Imro~n, verse No.2. Please refer to the Text :
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهُ لآ إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّومُ (2)
= "Al-Lohu La~~ I-la~ha Il-la~ Hu-wal-Hai-yul-Qoi-yu~~~m".
= "Al-Lohu" (a Lafdzul-Jala~lah. The second Lam is a Tafkhim) = The God.
= "La~" (a Mad Ashli but after it, is a Standing Hamzah, is a Mad Jaiz Mumfashil, to 2, 4, or 6 harakah, "La~~") = no,
"I-la~ha" (a Mad Ashli) = God,
"Il-la~" (a Mad Ashli) = except,
"Hu-wa" (after the above sign Waw is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "-wal-") = him, "(A)l-Hai-yu" (a Mad Lin, and after the front sign Ya, is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "-yul-") = the Living, "(A)l-Qoi-yu~m" ( a Mad Lin. And a Mad Ashli but is paused at it, becomes a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun, to 2, 4, or 6 harakah, "-yu~~~m") = the Everlasting in regulating His Creation.
= "Allah, there is no (other) God except Him the Living and the Everlasting in regulating His Creation.".
= (The reason why this verse was revealed is, when a group of 60 Christians from Nejran, Yemen, and among them were 14 dignitaries, with 3 of them were a Leader, a Minister and a well-known Clegyman who had obtained acknowledgement and was honoured by the Roman Emperors for having much knowledge in Christianity, came to Medina and made a stop at the mosque, at which time the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. was performing Asar Prayers.
When the group entered into the mosque, and when their time for saying Prayers came, they prayed in the mosque with the consent of the Prophet s.a.w.. They faced towards the East and prayed. After praying, Two of the leaders called on the Prophet s.a.w., and had a chat with the Prophet s.a.w. During the chatting, the Prophet s.a.w. appealed to them to embrace Islam. Both of them replied, "But we have embraced Islam earlier than you." But the Prophet s.a.w. falsified their being Islamic or Muslims because (i) they claimed that God has a son, (ii) that they worship the Cross, and (iii) that they eat pork / flesh of the pig, thus, they were/are not Islamic people / Muslims. (to be continued).
Till we meet again in the next session, Insya Allah, my Salam to all of You, the Quran Lovers.

Recitation No. 471
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
My Dear Quran Lovers,
Alhamdulillah, after a Two months break, your truly can return and let us continue to recite a new Surah or chapter No. 3, Al-'Imro~n, of the 3rd Juz or Part of the Quran. The Al-'Imron is used to name this surah derived from verse No.3 in this chapter. Al-'Imron is the name of the father of Siti Maryam or Marian/the Virgin Mary. This surah has 200 verses and were revealed in Medina after surah No.8, Al-Anfal was revealed.
Let us recite verse 1, and please refer to the Text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الم = Alif La~~~m~Mi~~~m.
These are abbreviated letters. Their true and exact meanings are not told by the Prophet s.a.w. Only Allah Know them. But some of the Commentators were of the opinion that the letter "Alif" denotes the abbreviation of the word, "Allah", or "Ana" = (I am), and the word, "Lam", is an abbreviation of the word, "Jibril" = (Gabriel), or "Allah", or "Latif" = (kind, graceful), and the word "Mim" is the abbreviation of the word "Muhammad", or " 'Alam" = (a distinguished and outstanding man), or "Majid" = (glorious, exalted, noble). Thus, "Alif La~~~m~Mi~~~m" might mean :
(a) Allah, Jibril, Muhammad, or
(b) I am Allah, the Omniscient, or
(c) Allah, the Most Exalted, Most Noble.
Thence, this verse might mean :
(a) The Quran is from Allah, brought forth by Jibril to Muhammad, or (b) The Quran is from Me, Allah the Omniscient, or
(c) The Quran is from Allah the Most Exalted the Most Noble.
= "Alif" (is not a Madda),
"La~~~m~" (a Mad La~zim Harfi Mu-thaq-qol = (Irrevocable Heavy Letter Madda) to be pronounced individually to the length of 6 harakah (and not less than that), and the "silent Mim meets another Mim" is a Wajibul-Ghunnah to 2 harakah, "m~",
"Mi~~~m" ( a Mad Lazim Harfi Mu-khof-faf = (Irrevocable Light Letter Madda) to be pronounced individually to the length of 6 harakah.).
Till we meet again in the next session, Insya Allah, see all of You Quran Lovers later.
