Assalamu alaikum w. w.,
Dear Quran Lovers,
We shall now recite surah 36 Yasi~n, verse 33. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(33) وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمُ اُلْأَرْضُ اُلْمَيْتَةُ أَحْيَيْنَهَا وَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ يَأْكُلُونَ
وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمُ اُلْأَرْضُ اُلْمَيْتَةُ = "Wa A~ya-tul-La-hu-mul-Arr-dhul-Mai-ta-tu", "Wa" = And, "A~ya-tun" = sign, "La" = for, "Hum" = them, "Al-Arr-dhu" = the earth, "Al-Mai-ta-tu" = the dead,
أَحْيَيْنَهَا = "Ah*-yai Na~ Ha~", "Ah*-yai" = to give life to, "Na~" = We, "H*a~" = her, it,
وَأَخْرَجْنَا = "Wa Akh-rojj Na~", "Wa" = and, "Akh-rojj" = to bring out, "Na~" = We,
مِنْهَا = "Min Ha~", "Min" = from, "Ha~" = it,
حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ = "H*ab-banf~Fa Min Hu", "H*ab-ban" = seeds, grains, "Fa" = then, "Min" = from, "Hu" = it
يَأْكُلُونَ = "Yaa-ku-lu~~n". "Yaa-ku-lu~na" = them to eat.
"Wa A~ya-tul-La-hu-mul-Arr-dhul- Mai-ta-tu Ah-yai Na~ Ha~ Wa Akh-rojj Na~ Ha~ H*ab-banf~Fa Min-hu Yaa-ku-lu~~n" = And a sign/an evidence (of Our/Allah's Divinity) to them/the Qureysh is the earth which was once dead. We (Allah) give life to it and We bring forth from it seeds and grains, then from them (fruits and greens grow) for them to consume/eat.
(34) وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا جَنَّتٍ مِن نَّخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَبٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا فِيهَا مِنَ اُلْعُيُونِ
وَجَعَلْنَا = "Wa Ja-'al Na~", "Wa" = And, "Ja-'al" = made, "Na~" = We,
فِيهَا = "Fi~ Ha~", "Fi~" = in, "Ha~" = it,
جَنَّتٍ مِن نَخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَبٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا = "Jan~na~tim~Min~Na-khi~liw~Wa Aa-na~biw~Wa Faj-jarr Na~", "Jan~na~tin" = gardens, "Min" = of, "Na-khi~lin" = palm trees, "Wa" = and "Aa-na~bin" = grapes, "Wa" = and, "Fa" = then, "Jarr" = draw out, "Na~" = We,
فِيهَا = "Fi~ Ha~", "Fi~" = from, "Ha~" = it,
مِنَ اُلْعُيُونِ = "Minal-'U-yu~~n". "Mi-na" = from, with, "al-'U-yu~ni" = the springs of water.
"Wa Ja-'al Na~ Fi~ Ha~ Jan~na~tim~Min~Na-khi~liw~Wa Aa-na~biw~Wa Faj-jarr Na~ Fi~ ha~ Mi-nal-'U-yu~~n" = And We made in it (the revived earth) gardens of palm trees and grapes, and then drew from it (the earth) springs of water.
(35) لِيَأْكُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِ ى وَمَاعَمِلَتْهُ أَيْدِيهِمْ صلى أَفَلَا يَشْكُرُونَ
لِيَأْكُلُواْ = "Li Yaa-ku-lu~", "Li" = for, "Yaa-ku-lu~" = their food,
مِن ثَمَرِهِ ى = "Minth~Tha-ma-ri Hi~", "Min" = of, "THa-mari" = fruit, "Hi~" = it
وَمَا = "Wa Ma~", "Wa" = and, "Ma~" = what,
عَمِلَتْهُ = " 'A-mi-lat Hu", " 'A-mi-lat" = deeds, worked, "Hu" = it
أَيْدِيهِمْ = "Ai-di~ Him", "Ai-di~" = hands, "Him" = their,
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
أَفَلَا = "Afa La~", "Afa" = will, "La~" = not
يَشْكُرُونَ = "Yasy-ku-ru~~n". "Yasy-ku-ru~na" = they give thanks.
"Li Yaa-ku-lu~ Minth~THa-ma-ri Hi~ Wa Ma~ 'A-mi-lat Hu Ai-di~ Him, Afa La~ Yasy-ku-ru~~n". = So that they/mankind may consume/eat some of their fruits, and for them to eat those (grains and fruits) they planted by their own hands. (Will they not enjoy eating them) and will they/mankind not give thanks (to Allah?).

Recitation 52

Let us continue with surah 36 Yasi~n. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(30) يَحَسْرَةً عَلَى اُلْعِبَادِ ج مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِ ى يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
يَحَسْرَةً = "Ya~ H*as-ro-tan", "Ya~" = O, "H*as-ro-tan" = grief = Alas!
عَلَى اُلْعِبَادِ = " 'A-lal-'I-ba~~dd", " 'A-la~" = on, for, to, "al-'I-ba~di" = the bondservants,
ج = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
"Ya~ H*as-ro-tan 'A-lal-'I-ba~~dd" = Alas for (and woe to) My (Allah's) bondservants.
مَا = "Ma~" = not,
يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ = "Yaa-ti~ Him~Mir-Ro-su~lin", "Yaa-ti~" = come, "Him" = them, "Min" = of, "Ro-su~lin" = Messenger,
إِلَّا = "Il-la~" = except
كَانُواْ = "Ka~nu~" = create
بِهِ ى يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ = "Bi-hi~ Yas-tah-zi-u~~n". "Bi" = with, "Hi~" = him, "Yas-tah-zi-u~na" = mocking.
"Ma~ Yaa-ti~ Him~Mir-Ro-su~lin Il-la~ Ka~nu~ Bi Hi~ Yas-tah-zi-u~~n." = Never came to them a Messenger (bringing My messages) but they mock and scorn at him (and denying and defying the truth of My messages).
(31) أَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّنَ اُلْقُرُونِ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
أَلَمْ = "A Lam", "A" = Have, "Lam" = not
يَرَوْاْ = "Ya-row" = they see
كَمْ = "Kam" = how many
أَهْلَكْنَا = "Ah-lak Na~" "Ah-lak" = destroy, "Na~" = We
قَبْلَهُم مِّن اُلْقُرُونِ = "Qob-la Hum~Mi-nal-Qu-ru~ni", "Qob-la" = before, "Hum" = them, "Min" = of, "al-Qu-ru~ni" = ages, generations
أَنَّهُمْ = "An~na Hum", "An~na" = that, "Hum" = they,
إِلَيْهِمْ = "I-lai Him", "I-lai" = to, "Him" = them
لَا = "La~" = not
يَرْجِعُونَ = "Yarr-ji-'u~~n". "Yarr-ji-'u~na" = return.
"A Lam Ya-row Kam Ah-lak Na~ Qob-la Hum~Mi-nal-Qu-ru~ni An~na Hum I-lai Him La~ Yarr-ji-'u~~n". = Have they (the Quresh) not seen how many generations (of men) before them, We (Allah) have destroyed (because they mocked and scorned Our Messengers) and they have never come back to them.
(Note: A few days ago some nincompoops in Malaysia had insulted our beloved Prophet s.a.w. They will be dealt with, accordingly).
(32) وَإِن كُلٌّ لَّمَّا جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ
وَإِن كُلٌّ لَّمَّا = "Wa Ink~Kul-lul-Lam~ma~", "Wa" = And, "In" = truly, "Kul-lun" = all, "Lam~ma~" = when
جَمِيعٌ لَدَيْنَا = "Ja-mi~'ul- La-dai Na~", "Ja-mi~'un" = entire, "La-dai" = before, "Na~" = Us
مُحْضَرُونَ = "Muh*-dho-ru~~n". "Muh*-dho-ru~na" = be present.
"Wa Ink-Kul-Lul-Lam~ma~ Ja-mi~'ul- La-dai Na~ Muh*-dho-ru~~n" = And truly, all of them will be gathered and be presented before Us (Allah to be accounted for what they had done in their life time on earth, and will be compensated).

أعوذ بالله من الشيطن الرجيم
(28) وَمَآأَنزَلْنَاعَلَى قَوْمِهِ ى مِن م بَعْدِهِ ى مِن جُندٍ مِّنَ اُلسَّمَآءِ وَمَاكُنَّا مُنزِلِينَ
وَمَآأَنْزَلْنَا = "Wa Ma~~ Anz~zal Na~", "Wa" = And, "Ma~" = not, "Anz~zal" = to destroy, "Na~" = We,
عَلَى = " 'A-la~" = upon,
قَوْمِهِ ى = "Qow-mi-hi~", "Qow-mi" = people, "Hi~" his,
مِن م بَعْدِهِ ى = "Mim~" (نْ meets with بَ is an Iq-lab/changing the نْ to مْ ), "Baa-di Hi~", "Min" = from, "Baa-di" = after, "Hi~" = him,
مِن جُندٍ مِنَ اُلسَّمَآءِ = "Minj~Jund~dim~Mi-nas-Sa-ma~~i", "Min" = some of, "Jund~din" = soldiers, "Mi-na" = from, "as-Sam~~i" = the heaven, (We may pause here for a breather. Then it would be, "as-Sa-ma~~".)
وَمَا كُنَّا = "Wa Ma~ Kun~Na~", "Wa" = and, "Ma~" = not, "Kun" = be done, "Na~" = We,
مُنزِلِينَ = "Munz~zi-li~~n". "Munz~zi-li~na" = sending down.
"Wa Ma~~ Anz~zal Na~ 'A-la~ Qow-mi Hi~ Mim~baa-di Hi~ Mij~Jund~dim~Mi-nas-Sa-ma~~i/-Sa-ma~~," = And We (Allah) had never sent down upon his people (in Antioch) after his (death, and after Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s. who went to them after that) some soldiers from the heaven (to destroy those people who repudiated his Messengers, Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s., and his Diciples, and who killed an inocent man, Habib an-Najjar).
"Wa Ma~ Kun~Na~ Munz~zi-li~~n" = And We shall never send any down.
(29) إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَمِدُونَ
إِن كَانَتْ = "Ink~Ka~nat", "In" = Really, "Ka~nat" = it was,
إِلَّا = "Il-la~" = only,
صَيْحَةً وَحِدَةً فَإِذَا = "SHoi-h*a-taw~Wa~h*i-da-tanf~Fa-i-dza~", "SHoi-ha-tan" = shout, "Wa~h*i-da-tan" = one, "Fa" = then, "I-dza~" = behold,
هُمْ خَمِدُونَ = "Hum KHo~mi-du~~n". "Hum" = they, "KHo~mi-du~na" = become still/motionless.
"Ink~Ka~nat Il-la~ SHoi-h*a-taw~Wa~h*i-da-tanf~Fa I-dza~ Hum KHo~mi-du~~n" = Really, it was (with) only one shout (by the Archangel, Gabriel a.s. who was commanded by Allah to do it), and behold! They (the people od Antioch city) were all become motionless/died.

Recitation 50

We shall now continue recite surah 36, Yasi~n. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(25)ِِإِنِّى~ءَامَنتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاُسْمَعُونَ
إِنِّى~ءَامَنتُ = "In~Ni~~ A~mant~tu", "In" = Truly, "Ni~" = I am, "A~mant~tu" = have believe,
بِرَبِّكُمْ = "Bi Rob-bi Kum", "Bi" = with, in, "Rob-bi" = Lord, "Kum" = you all,
فَاُسْمَعُونِ = "Fas-ma-'u~~n". "Fa" = then, "Is-ma-'u~ni" = listen, hear. "In~Ni~~ A~mant~tu Bi Rob-bi Kum Fas-ma-'u~~n". (Then Habib an-Najjar turned to the Messengers/Hawariyun = the Disciples of Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s. and said:) Really, I have believed in your Lord (Allah), so, listen to/hear (what I have declared).
(The city folks were furious with Habib an-Najjar. They then killed him).
(26) قِيلَ اُدْخُلِ اُلْجَنَّةَ صلى قَالَ يَلَيْتَ قَوْمْى يَعْلَمُونَ
قِيلَ اُدْخُلِ اُلْجَنَّةَ = "Qi~ladd-khu-lil-Jan~na-ta", "Qi~la" = Is said, "Ud-" (Hamzah Washol when Ibtidaa/starting and the third letter, خُ is with a front sign, it is recited with a front sign, "U"), "Udd-khu-li" = enter, "al-Jan~na-ta" = the Paradise'
صلى is a Waqof/pause is permitted sign, when paused, it would be "al-Jan~nah".
(After his death, Habib an-Najjar's soul was put into his everlasting second body and was brought before Allah's "presence". Allah said, "Qi~ladd-khu-lil-Jan~nah" = It was said (by Allah to Habib an-Najjar), Enter the Paradise."
قَالَ = "Qo~la" = He said,
يَلَيْتَ = "Ya~ Lai-ta", "Ya~" = O, "Lai-ta" = if only,
قَوْمِى = "Qow-mi~", "Qoum" = people, "Mi~" = my,
يَعْلَمُونَ = "Yaa-la-mu~~n". "Yaa-la-mu~na" = know.
(When he saw the splendour of the Paradise),"Qo~la Ya~ Lai-ta Qow-mi~ Yaa-la-mu~~n" = He said, if only my people (of Antioch) would know (what a person should do to be able to enter the Paradise).
(27) بِمَاغَفَرَلِى رَبِّى وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ اُلْمُكْرَمِينَ
بِمَا = "Bi Ma~", "Bi" = with, "Ma~" what, "Bi-ma~" = include,
غَفَرَلِى = "GHo-fa-ro Li~", "GHo-fa-ro" = forgiving, "Li~" = me,
رَبِّى = "Rob-bi~" = my Lord,
وَجَعَلَنِى = "Wa Ja-'a-la Ni~", "Wa" = and, "Ja-'a-la" = make, "Ni~" = me,
مِنَ اُلْمُكْرَمِينَ = "Mi-nal-Muk-ro-mi~~n". "Mi-na" = from, of, "al-Muk-ro-mi~na" = the Nobles.
"Bi-ma~ GHo-fa-ro Li~ Rob-bi~ Wa Ja-'a-la-ni~ Mi-nal-Muk-ro-mi~~n" = Including (the reason why) my Lord forgives me and made me one of the honourables (in the Paradise).

بِرَبِّكُمْ = "Bi Rob-bi Kum", "Bi" = with, in, "Rob-bi" = Lord, "Kum" = you all,
فَاُسْمَعُونِ = "Fas-ma-'u~~n". "Fa" = then, "Is-ma-'u~ni" = listen, hear. "In~Ni~~ A~mant~tu Bi Rob-bi Kum Fas-ma-'u~~n". (Then Habib an-Najjar turned to the Messengers/Hawariyun = the Disciples of Prophet Isa/Jesus son of Mary a.s. and said:) Really, I have believed in your Lord (Allah), so, listen to/hear (what I have declared).
(The city folks were furious with Habib an-Najjar. They then killed him).
(26) قِيلَ اُدْخُلِ اُلْجَنَّةَ صلى قَالَ يَلَيْتَ قَوْمْى يَعْلَمُونَ
قِيلَ اُدْخُلِ اُلْجَنَّةَ = "Qi~ladd-khu-lil-Jan~na-ta", "Qi~la" = Is said, "Ud-" (Hamzah Washol when Ibtidaa/starting and the third letter, خُ is with a front sign, it is recited with a front sign, "U"), "Udd-khu-li" = enter, "al-Jan~na-ta" = the Paradise'
صلى is a Waqof/pause is permitted sign, when paused, it would be "al-Jan~nah".
(After his death, Habib an-Najjar's soul was put into his everlasting second body and was brought before Allah's "presence". Allah said, "Qi~ladd-khu-lil-Jan~nah" = It was said (by Allah to Habib an-Najjar), Enter the Paradise."
قَالَ = "Qo~la" = He said,
يَلَيْتَ = "Ya~ Lai-ta", "Ya~" = O, "Lai-ta" = if only,
قَوْمِى = "Qow-mi~", "Qoum" = people, "Mi~" = my,
يَعْلَمُونَ = "Yaa-la-mu~~n". "Yaa-la-mu~na" = know.
(When he saw the splendour of the Paradise),"Qo~la Ya~ Lai-ta Qow-mi~ Yaa-la-mu~~n" = He said, if only my people (of Antioch) would know (what a person should do to be able to enter the Paradise).
(27) بِمَاغَفَرَلِى رَبِّى وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ اُلْمُكْرَمِينَ
بِمَا = "Bi Ma~", "Bi" = with, "Ma~" what, "Bi-ma~" = include,
غَفَرَلِى = "GHo-fa-ro Li~", "GHo-fa-ro" = forgiving, "Li~" = me,
رَبِّى = "Rob-bi~" = my Lord,
وَجَعَلَنِى = "Wa Ja-'a-la Ni~", "Wa" = and, "Ja-'a-la" = make, "Ni~" = me,
مِنَ اُلْمُكْرَمِينَ = "Mi-nal-Muk-ro-mi~~n". "Mi-na" = from, of, "al-Muk-ro-mi~na" = the Nobles.
"Bi-ma~ GHo-fa-ro Li~ Rob-bi~ Wa Ja-'a-la-ni~ Mi-nal-Muk-ro-mi~~n" = Including (the reason why) my Lord forgives me and made me one of the honourables (in the Paradise).
