Recitation 187

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
After watching last evening TV9 News about the Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association/MACMA and the RESTU Publications are going to publish a Chinese Quran translation, I was excited. I wish to congratulate them for their efforts. However, there was something which made my heart felt uneasy, and I have to say/write it out. The copy is beautifully created, but I saw the word الله in Chinese/Mandrin characters, is written as "A La~". "Allah" means The God, but A La~ means Is it not. I believe, if the word Allah were to be in Chinese characters, it should have another letter, "Hu", = "A La~ Hu". In China since more than fourteen centuries ago, when the first batch of Arab Muslim went to China and settled down, they did not, and now, still do not use Allah in Chinese characters, though, later, some used the words "An La~", they used and are still using the word, "Jen/chen Juu/chu" = True God. Thank you.
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of the Religion of Islam). please refer to the text:

Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (vii) Sujud/prostration:
Parts Of Body Used In Sujud: (c) And the Hadith from Abu Humeid: "That the Prophet s.a.w. when Sujud, he s.a.w. made close his nose and his eyebrows to the floor". (narrated by Abu Daud and Tirmidzi who said, the Hadith is authentic and explained, "According to all people (of Ilmu Fiqh/Islamic Jurists), Sujud must follow with this Rule, the eyebrow and the tip of the nose be on the floor. And if only the eyebrows touch the floor and the nose does not, some people say it is all right. But some do not, they said, "It is not sufficient. The eyebrows and the nose must touch the floor."
[In the book "Bulu~ghul Maram", it is recorded that from Ibnu Buhainah said that When the Prophet s.a.w. solat and Sujud, he drew apart his arms that the white of his armpits could be seen. (It was/is agreed upon by all). (ii) From Baraa Ibnu Azib who said, "The Prophet s.a.w. said, " When you Sujud, place your both palms (on the floor) and lift up your elbows". (narrated by Muslim). (iii) From Wa'il Ibnu Hujr that the Prophet s.a.w. when Rukuu, his fingers (on the knees) were apart, and when Sujud, his fingers were closed together." (narrated by Hakim). (iv) From Abu Huroiroh who said, "The Prophet s.a.w. said, "When anyone of you (from Iitidal to) Sujud, do not sit like the camel (placing the palms first before the knees), but he must place his knees first (to the floor) before his palms". (narrated by the Four).].
