Let us now continue to look into the Islamic Basic Rules:
 (2) Solat: (iv) To Recite The Fatihah:
   (a) Recite Basmalah: All Ulama were/are unanimously agreed that Basmalah, i.e. "Bismillahir-Rohma~nir-Rohi~~m" is a part of  surah An-Naml. But were/are of different opinion on It at the beginning of other surah. There are three schools:
First: That it/Basmalah is one of the verses of the Fatihah and of every verse (when starting to recite the verse). Thus, reciting Basmalah before reciting Al-Fatihah is Wajib. About the Basmalah is recited softly or loudly, it does not matter, it is Wajib to recite it before Al-Fatihah. This is based on the Hadith from Na'im al-Mujammir who said, "I solat behind Abu Hurairah r.a.. He recited, "Bismilla~hir-Rohma~nir-Rohi~~m", then recited Al-Fatihah, and so on. In the end, he said, "By Allah who has power over my life. I am a person who (whose solat) is the most similar to the solat of the Prophet s.a.w." (narrated by Nasa'i, Ibnu Khuzaimah and Ibnu Hibban).
According to Hafidh in his book Al-Fat-h, this Hadith is the most authentic Hadith which states that Basmalah is to be recited loudly (in night solat, in solat Jumaat and the two 'Idd).
School No. Two: (to be continued).

Al-Hamdu Lil-Lah! Thank you Goverment of Malaysia. Though Malaysia is to follow the Madzhab Asy-Syafieiah, the Government is also recognising the other three Madzhab. Although most Malaysians practise the Syafieiah, there are Malaysians who  follow the Hanafi and even the Hambali and may be a few, Maliki. I thank the Shohibus-Samahah, the Islamic Affairs Advisor of the state of Johor and the Mufti of the state of Pahang for their explainations. Thank you both very much. May Allah rewards you both. Amin.
Until we meet in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبر كاته
