Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of the Religion of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(27) اُلَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اُللهِ مِنم بَعْدِ مِيثَقِهِى وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَآ أَمَرَ اُللهُ بِهِى ~ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِى اُلْأَرْضِ ج أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ اُلْخَسِرُونَ

But when Muhammad s.a.w. came, they broke their promises, they did not stand by him s.a.w. nor gave support to him, but they went against him and denied him instead).

(28) (to be continued).
                                        oooo000oooo
Letn us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
  (2) Solat: (v) Rukuu/bowing:
It was/is unanimously agreed by all Ulama that Rukuu/bowing is a Fardhu/duty/obligatory in solat. Allah says in surah 22 Al-Hajj verse 77, "O believers! Rukuu/bow down and sujud/prostrate ..."
How is Rukuu performed: by bending the upper body forward by the waist that the upper body is parallel to the floor. The head must not bent down nor tilted upwards, but is in a straight line with the back and the bottoms. It is Makruh/detestible to bend down the head and/ or to tilt up the head. One of my ustadz/teachers said that it was/is haram to tilt up the head (it is a gesture of arrogant). The eyes look at the floor. Both hands are placed on both knees. The knees must be straight, but if there were aches and pains in the knees or legs, be straight as possible. The both arms are also must be straight. Both feet are, of course, apart. And there should be a Tomaaninah/rest or a pause.
A Hadith reported by Abu Qotadah who said, "The Prophet s.a.w. said, "The worst thief is a person who steals from his solat". They/the companions asked, "O Rosululloh, how does one steal the
solat?" He s.a.w. replied, "His Rukuu and his Sujud is not complete/well done, or he does not straighten his bottoms in his Rukuu and in his Sujud (the Rukuu and the Sujud are not done properly and there is no a Tomaaninah/rest or pause for about at least four or five seconds)". (narrated by Ahmad, Tibroni, Ibnu Khuzaimah and Hakim).
And from Abu Mas'ud al-Badari that the Prophet s.a.w. said: (to be continued).
Until we meet in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers soon.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
