Recitation 359

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, the synopsis of Islam. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(212) زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ اُلْحَيَوةُ اُلدَّنْيَا وَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنَ اُلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مـ وَاُلَّذِينَ اُتَّقَوْاْ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَ اُلْقِيَمَةِ قلى وَاُللهُ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ اُلْحَيَوةُ اُلدُّنْيَا = "Zui-yi-na Lil-La-dzi~na Ka-fa-rul-Ha-ya~tud-Dun-ya~",  "Zui-yi-na" = Beautiful, "Li" = for, "al-La-dzi~na" = those who are, "Ka-fa-ru~" = infidels, "al-Ha-ya~tu" = the life, "ad-Dun-ya~" = the, this world,
وَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنَ اُلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ = "Wa Yas-kho-ru~na Mi-nal-La-dzi~na A~ma-nu~".  "Wa" = and, "Yas-kho-ru~na" = "they mock, "Mi-na" = of, "al-La-dzi~na" = those who are, "A~ma-nu~" = believers.
"Zui-yi-na Lil-La-dzi~na Ka-fa-rul-Ha-ya~tud-Dun-ya~ Wa Yas-kho-ru~na Mi-nal-La-dzi~na A~ma-nu~".  = The beautiful life in this world that the infidels/unbelievers had, had made them feel that their life is good and beautiful. Thus, they have mocked and regarded the Believers as a low and despicable people.
مـ = (not a م) = a Waqof Lazim sign which denotes Waqof/pause is Wajib/obligatory.
وَاُلَّذِينَ اُتَّقَوْاْ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَ اُلْقِيَمَةِ = "Wal-La-dzi~nat-Ta-qow Faw-qo Hum Yaw-mal-Qi-ya~mah".  "Wa" And, But, "al-La-dzi~na" = those who, "it-ta-qow" = fear and are devoted, "Faw-qo" = above, "Hum" = them, "Yaw-ma" = day, "al-Qi-ya~ma-ti" = resurrection of the living creatures.
"Wal-La-dzi~nat-Ta-qow Faw-qo Hum Yaw-mal-Qi-ya~mah".  = But those who fear and are devoted (to Allah) are above/nobler than them in the Resurrection Day (of all creatures).
 وَاُللهُ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ = "Wal-Lohu Yarr-zu-qu Mai~Ya-sya~~u Bi GHoi-ri Hi-sa~~bb".  "Wa" = For, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "Yarr-zu-qu" He give blessing and fortunes to, "Man" = whom, "Ya-sya~~u" = He wish, "Bi" = with, "GHoi-ri" = not, "Hi-sa~bin" = counted/limit.
"Wal-Lohu Yarr-zu-qu Mai~Ya-sya~~u Bi GHoi-ri Hi-sa~~bb".  = For Allah give His Rizqi/blessing and fortunes without limit to those who He wished.
(Allah is informing us, Muslimin, that He s.w.t. made the life in this world for the infidels/unbelievers seemed good and beautiful, and they are happy in it. They gather and keep their wealth and they refuse to spend them/their wealth to the way and to fulfil the commandment of Allah s.w.t. to give alms and charity. And at the same time, they look down upon those who are Believers, who fear and are devoted to Allah s.w.t., and spend their wealth that Allah s.w.t. had given them in accordance to the commandment of Allah s.w.t. in pursuing the pleasure of Allah s.w.t. They are the successful ones for they will be placed in Allah's Paradise in the Hereafter. They/the Believers will be placed in a high ranking place over and above those who are infidels/the unbelievers in the Resurrection Day. And then the unbelievers will be thrown in the Fiery Hell.
Allah s.w.t. gave, and is still giving, and will give Rizqi/blessing and fortunes limitlessly  to those whom He s.w.t. wished).

Let us now continue to look into the Rites For Umra:
   Things That Are Forbidden While In The Ihrom Hajj/Umra:
  (v) To perform marriage either for himself or for other person. To become the Wali/person to give away a bride, or as a Wakil/ representing the Wali. (from Uthman bin Affan, narrated by Muslim).
  (vi) To cut finger nails (s. Al-Baqoroh verse 196).
  (vii) To shave of or to cut the hair (    -same-      ).
  (viii) Applying perfume on the clothing or on the body (from Ibnu Umar narrated by Bazzar).
  (ix) To wear cloth/clothings being dipped into fragrance material. (from Ibnu Umar, narrated by Ibnu Abdil Bar and Tohawi).
  (x) To hunt animal intentionally (surah 5 Al-Maidah verse 96).
  (xi) To eat the meat of the hunted animal ( (from Abu Qotadah, narrated by Bukhori and Muslim).
  The Penalty For Breaking The Above Mentioned Rules Except For Having Sexual Intercourse and Its Foreplay as in Rule No. (i).
  They may either (a) Pay "dam"/blood/slaughter a goat
   or (b) feed Six poor people with about one half of a Shoo/one and a half litre of food,
  or (c) fast for Three days
 (from Abdur-Rohman ibnu Abi Laila, narrated from Bukhori, Muslim and Abu Daud).
 The Penalty For Having Sex: The couples' Hajj is spoilt, but they  must continue to perform their Hajj completely, and it is Wajib/obligatory for both of them to reperform their Hajj in the coming year. (from Ali, Umar and Abu Huroiro r.a.).
