Dear Quran Lovers,

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(8)وَأَمَّا مَنمبَخِلَ وَاُسْتَغْنَى = "Wa Am~ma~ Mam~Ba-khi-la Was-tagh-na~". "Wa Am~ma~" = And as for, "Man" = who, "Ba-khi-la" = miser, "Wa" = and, "is-tagh-na~" = to become rich.
"Wa Am~ma~ Mam~Ba-khi-la Was-tagh-na~" = And as for those who are miser and felt that they are rich and wealthy (but do not give out their moneys and wealth in the course of Allah nor to attempt to partake of a benefit to the community).
(9) وَكَذَّبَ بِاُلْحُسْنَى = "Wa Kadz-dza-ba Bil-H*us-na~". "Wa" = And, "Kadz-dza-ba" = regards as lie, Bi" = of, "al-Hus-na~" = the good consequences.
"Wa Kadz-dza-ba Bil-H*us-na~" = And (they) regard as lie the good consequences (that good reward will be given to the believers who do good deeds and always remember Allah).
(10)فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُُولِلْعُسْرَى = "Fa Sa Nu-yas-si-ru Hu~ Lil-'Us-ro~". "Fa" = Then, "Sa" = shall, "Nu" = We, "Yas-si-ru" = ease, "Hu~" = him, "Li" = to, "al-'Us-ro~" = the distress.
"Fa Sa Nu-yas-sir-ru Hu~ Lil-'Us-ro~" = Thence, We/Allah shall make easy for him/them (in their undertaking the easiness) to the distress (the path to the Fiery Hell).
(11) وَمَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُ مَالُهُو~إِذَا تَرَدَّى = "Wa Ma~ Yugh-ni~ 'An Hu Ma~lu Hu~~ I-dza~ Ta-rod-da~". "Wa Ma~" = And not, "Yugh-ni~" = to suffice, " 'An Hu" = for him, "Ma~lu" = wealth, "Hu~" = his, "I-dza~" = if, when, "Ta-rod-da~" = he falls.
"Wa Ma~ Yugh-ni~ 'An Hu Ma~lu Hu~~ I-dza~ Ta-rod-da~" = But his wealth is not suffice/is useless to him/them when he/they fall (into misfortune).
(12) (to be continued).
                                oooo000oooo
Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Water: Tayammum:
   (i) When Tayammum is permitted: Its conditions are:
     (e) When one is in need of water and water is scarce and not much, whether the water is in need presently or at a later time for his drinking, or for others, even for a tame dog, or for mixing flour, or for cooking, or for cleansing defilement and so forth, then one should take a Tayammum and keep the water for other necessities. Imam Ahmad r.a. said, "A number of companions took tayammum and had kept the water for their drinking."
And from Ali r.a. that he had made a Ruling to a man who was in his journey and was in Janabah/major defilement, and had brought with him little water and was worried about being thirsty: "You should take a Tayammum and do not take a bath." (narrated by Darulqotni). Ibnu Taimiah said, "Those who withstand their urge to urinate and had no water available, it is more preferable for them to urinate and take a Tayammum when wanting to perform solat, rather than taking a Wudhuu and perform solat while he is withstanding the urge to urinate".
(f) When a person has enough water, but is worried that if he took a Wudhuu or a Ghusul he would lose his solat time, then he/she should take a Tayammum and perform his/her solat, and need not/is not obligated to retake the Wudhuu or the Ghusul or reperform the solat.
(ii) Earth that can be used in Tayammum: (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session. See you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
