Sign of Quran 13

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
Assalamu alaikum w. w. Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue with the signs of the Quran:
(21) a silent Qof = فِقْ = قْ  = Fa below with silent Qof is "Fiqq". Qof is also an Ishmat and Qoqolah letter. When pronounced or paused the vocal is slow and resisting and emphatic, "Fiqqo".
(B.M). Qof mati = فِقْ = قْ = Fa, Qof mati, dibawah, "Fiqq". Qof ialah juga huruf Ishmat dan Qolqolah. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi lambat dan tertahan dan berkocak, "Fiqqo".
(22) a silent Kaf = قِكْ = كْ = Qof below with silent Kaf  is "Qik".
(B.M). Kaf mati = قِكْ = كْ = Qof, Kaf mati, dibawah, "Qik".
(23) a silent Lam = كِلْ = لْ = Kaf below with silent Lam is "Kil". Lam is also an Idz-laq and Inh*irof letter. When pronounced or paused, the vocal is fast and smooth, and it emits through a bent upward tip of the tongue.
(B.M). Lam mati = كِلْ = لْ = Kaf, Lam mati, dibawah, "Kil". Lam ialah juga huruf Idzlaq dan Inh*irof. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal keluar pantas dan licin, dan ia keluar ikut hujung lidah yang melengkung ke atas.
(24) a silent Mim = لِمْ = مْ = Lam below with silent Mim is "Lim". Mim is also an Idzlaq letter. When it is pronounced or paused, the vocal is fast and smooth.
(B.M). Mim mati = لِمْ = مْ = Lam, Mim mati, dibawah, "Lim". Mim ialah juga huruf Idzlaq. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi pantas dan licin.
(25) a silent Nun = مِنْ = نْ = Mim below with silent Nun is "Min". Nun is also an Idzlaq letter. When pronounced or paused, the vocal is fast and smooth.
(B.M). Nun mati = مِنْ = نْ = Mim, Nun mati, dibawah, "Min". Nun ialah juga huruf Idzlaq. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi pantas dan licin.
(26) a silent He = نِهْ = هْـ/هْ = Nun below with silent He is "Nih". He is also an Ishmat letter. When pronounced or paused, the vocal is slow and resisting.
(B.M). He mati = نِهْ = هْـ/هْ = Nun, He mati, dibawah, "Nih". He ialah juga huruf Ishmat. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi lambat dan tertahan.
(27) a silent Waw = هِوْ = وْ = He below with silent Waw is "Hiw". Waw is also an Ishmat letter. When pronounced or paused, the vocal is slow and resisting.
(B.M). Waw mati = هِوْ = هْـ/هْ = He, Waw mati, dibawah, "Hiw". Waw ialah juga huruf Ishmat. Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi lambat dan tertahan.
(28) a silent Ya = وِيْ = يْ = Waw below with silent Ya is "Wii". Ya is also an Ishmat, and also a Madd/long vowel (to discussed later) letter. When pronounced or paused, the vocal is slow and resisting
and is lengthened.
(B.M). Ya mati = وِيْ = يْ = Waw, Ya mati, dibawah, "Wii". Ya ialah juga huruf Ishmat dan juga huruf Madd/panjang (akan di bincangkan). Bila disebut atau diwaqof, vokal jadi lambat dan tertahan dan dipanjangkan.
(29) a silent Ta Marbutah = يِةْ = ةْ = Ya below with silent Ta Marbutah is "Yih". When Ta Marbutah is silent, it is pronounced with a He.
(B.M). Ta Marbutah mati = يِةْ = ةْ =  Ya, Ta Marbutah mati, dibawah, "Yih". Bila Ta Marbutah berhuruf mati, ia disebut dgn huruf He.

Kita lihat lagi makna Nama Allah ke 86: اُلْمُقْسِط = Al-Muqsit* = Yang Maha Mengadili = memberikan kemenangan kpd orang2 yang teraniaya dari tindakan orang2 yang menganiaya dengan keadilan.
(English) The Most Equitable = By His Justice, He gives those who are being bullied, being ill-treated, being oppressed by the bullies, by the ill-treaters, by the oppressors, victorious over their oppressors.
