Recitation 5.

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
Assalamu alaikum w. w. Dear Quran lovers,
We shall continue reciting surah A-Fatihah:
(6) اُهْدِنَا اُلصِّرَاطَ اُلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
اُهْدِ = Hamzah washol with silent He is "Ih" (the 3rd letter Dal is below sign, as a rule, the Hamzah washol should be of below sign, "i"), Dal below is "Di", = "Ih-di" = (Please) Guide
نَا اُلصِّرَاطَ اُلْمُسْتَقِيمَ = Nun above and double SHod is "Nash" (an Alif lam syamsiah, the 2 Alifs and Lam are ignored), SHod below is "SHi" (SHod is an Istiilaa/the base of the tongue is raised and also an It*baq/the middle of the tongue is raised letter), Ro above with a tiny alif is "Ro~" (a Madd ashli = 2 harakah), T*o above with silent Lam is "T*ol" (an Alif lam qomariyah/moon, and T*o is an Istiilaa and also an It*baq letter, the base and the middle of the tongue is raised), Mim front with silent Sin is "Mus", Ta above is "Ta", Qof below with Ya is "Qi~" (a Madd Ashli = 2 harakah), Mim above is "Ma" but is paused on it, a Madd `Aridh Lis-Sukun/transitory to cease = 4 harakah is applied, "Qi~~m". This is a Waqof Tamm/perfect pause. = Na = us,  ash-SHiro~t*ol-Mustaqi~~m = the straight path.
صِرَاطَ اُلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ 
صِرَاطَ اُلَّذِينَ = SHod below is "SHi", Ro above with tiny alif is "Ro~" ( a Madd ashli = 2 harakah, Ro above is a Taf-khim letter, is emphasised), T*o above and double Lam is "T*ol" (an Alif lam syamsiah/sun), Lam above is "La", DZal below with Ya is "DZi~" (a Madd ashli = 2 harakah), Nun above is "Na", = "SHiro~t*ol-Ladzi~na" = path of those
أَنْعَمْتَ = standing Hamzah above with silent Nun is "An"(this silent Nun meets with عَ , is an Izh-har Halqi/expressing clearly the نْ ), `Ain above with silent Mim is "`Am"(this silent Mim meets with تَ, is an Izh-har SYafawi/oral expressing clearly the مْ ), Ta above is "Ta", = "An-`am" = have favoured, "Ta" = You, = "An-`am-ta" = You have favoured, 
عَلَيْهِمْ = `Ain above is "`A", Lam above with silent Ya is "Lai" ( a Madd Lin/softness = 2 harakh), He below with silent Mim is "Him" = `Alai = upon,  " him" =  them, = "`Alai-him" = upon them, (if pause here, it is called waqof Kafa/suitable because the meaning is complete), if washol/not pausing, مْ meets with غَ in the next verse, it is Izh-hzr SYafawi/oral Izhhar, that مْ must be expressed clearly and distinctively, = SHiro~t*ol-ladzi~na An-`am-ta `Alaihim = The path of those whom You have favoured
غَيْرِ أُلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ 
غَيْرِ اُلْمَغْضُوبِ = GHain above with silent Ya is "GHoi" (a Madd Lin/softness = 2 harakah, and GHain is an Istiilaa/the base of the tongue is raised letter),  Ro below with silent Lam is "Ril" (an Alif lam Qomariyah/moon, and this Ro is a Tarqiq/soft and thinning out with the tip of the tongue is not raised letter), Mim above with silent GHain is "Magh" (GHain is an Istiilaa/the base of the tongue is raised letter), DHod front with Waw is "DHu~" (a Madd ashli = 2 harakah, and DHod is an Istiilaa and an It*baq, the base and the middle of the tongue are raised, and also the side of the tongue is placed under the molar tooth), Ba below is "Bi" = "GHoiri" = not,
 "al-Magh-dhu~bi = those of (Your) anger,
عَلَيْهِمْ = `Ain above is "`A", Lam above with silent Ya is "Lai" (a Madd Lin/softness = 2 harakah), He below with silent Mim is "Him" = "`A-lai-him" = upon them. If pause at this point, it called Waqof Kafa/suitable pause. If Washol/carry on reciting, the مْ meets وَ is an Izhhar SYafawi, the مْ must be expressed clearly, = "GHoiril-Magh-dhu~bi `Alaihim" = not of those who have incurred Your anger 
وَلَا اُلضَّآلِّينَ = Waw above is "Wa", Lam above and double DHod is "Ladh" (an Alif lam Syamsiah/sun, the 2 Alifs and the Lam are ignored), DHod above with Alif is "DHo~" (a Madd ashli) but it meets with a SYaddah, ّ , double Lam, then it is a Madd Lazim Kalimi Muthaqqol / Irrevocable Heavy Word Madd, the Madd must be pronounced emphatically to the length of 6 harakah, then is assimilated into the double sign letter, لّ , is "DHo~~~l", Lam below with Ya is "Li~" (a Madd ashli), Nun above is "Na", but is paused on, (a Waqof Tamm/perfect), Madd `Aridh Lis-Sukun = 4 harakah is applies, "Li~~n". = "Wa" = and, "La~" = not, "adh-DHo~~~l-li~~n" = those who have gone astray. = "Wa Ladh-DHo~~~l-li~~n" = nor those who have gone astray.
آمِين = A~mi~~n = Be it so!
