Assalamu alaikum w. w. Dear Quran Lovers,
We have looked into vowel "a"/ above letters with silent letters. Now let us look into the vowel "i"/below letters with silent letters:
(1) a silent Hamzah = بِأْ = ءْ = Ba below with silent standing Hamzah is "Bi`" or "Bii". Hamzah/همزة is aloud and clear and forceful letter. When pronounced, the flow of the breath and the vocal is restrained. When paused the flow of the breath and the vocal is restrained, but the Qureisy dialect does not use glottal stop, thus, the breath and the vocal flow freely, "Bii".
(B.M). Hamzah/همزة mati = بِأْ = ءْ = Ba, Hamzah mati, dibawah, "Bi`" atau "Bii".
(2) a silent Ba = إِ بْ = بْ = Standing Hamzah  with silent Ba is "Ibb". Ba is also an Izlaq/eloquent of the tongue i.e. the vocal flows freely, and also is a Qolqolah/agitating i.e. a very emphatic. When paused, the vocal is very emphatic, "Ibbe".
