Recitation 347.1

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Today, in Malaysia, we Muslimin start fasting. And when the time for the Solat Maghrib comes, we shall breakfast.
When we come to the dining place/table and find that there are food and drink placed there, we should recite as the Prophet s.a.w. had taught us: اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا = "Allohum~ma Ba~rik La Na~ Fi~ Ma~ Ro-zaq Ta Na~ " = (O Allah, bless us with what You have bestowed us the Rizqq/sustenance). وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ = "Wa Qi Na~ 'A-dza~ban~Na~rr"  = (and preserve us from the Hell Fire).
Then when the Adzan/time for Maghrib comes, recite, "Bismillahir-Rohmanir-Rohi~m" and eat a date, or if there is no date, drink plain water. Then recite , "Allamdulillah". Then we should recite what  the Prophet s.a.w. had taught us, "اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ = "Allohum~ma La Ka Shum Tu"  = (O Allah, I have Fast because of You),
وَبِكَ ءَامَنْتُ  = "Wa Bi Ka A~man Tu" =  (and in You I believe/have Faith).  وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ  = "Wa 'A-la~ Riz-qi Ka Af-tor Tu" = (and with Your Rizqq/sustenance I broke my fast).
Then we should entreat some other Doa that we have because as Abdullah ibnu Amru ibnu Ash narrated that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Really, for those who fast when breaking their fast do have Doa which will never be rejected". (narrated by Ibnu Majah).
Let us look into things which can be done/are allowed during Fasting:
(i) immerse one's body in the water. (narrated by Bukhori and Muslim).
(ii) To put on mascara (Syafieiah, Abu Hanifah and others).
(iii) Kissing (with the nose, and not mouth to mouth) without sexual desire.
(iv) Injection, either to insert food or whatever, either by the vein or under the skin, even though the injection is into the stomach but it must not be going through the normal way.
(v) (to be continued).
Until we meet again in the next session, see you all Quran Lovers later.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
