Recitation 343.2

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite verse 197 of surah 2 al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرحيم
(197) وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِن خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اُللهُ = " Wa Ma~ Taf-'a-lu~ Min KHoi-riy~Yaa-lam Hul-Lo~h".  "Wa" = And, "Ma~" = what, "Taf-'a-lu~" = you (pl.) do, "Min" = of, "KHoi-rin" = good, "Yaa-lam" = He know, "Hu" = it, "Al-Lohu" = Allah.
"Wa Ma~ Taf-'a-lu~ Min KHoi-riy~Yaa-lam Hul-Lo~h".  = And whatever goodness you (pl.) do, Allah know it.
قلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَتَزَوَّدُواْ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ اٌلزَّادِ اَلتَّقْوَى = "Wa Ta-zaw-wa-du~ Fa In~na KHoi-roz~Za~dit-Taqq-wa~".  "Wa" = And, "Ta-zaw-w-du~" = you (pl.) provide, "Fa" = then, "In~na" = truly, "KHoi-ro" = good, best, "az-Za~di" = the provision, "at-Taqq-wa~" = the fear of Allah and be devoted to Him.
"Wa Ta-zaw-Wa-du~ Fa In~na KHoi-roz~Za~dit-Taqq-wa~".  = Thus, provide yourselves, truly, the best provision is the Taqq-wa~/fear Allah and be devoted to Him.
ج = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
وَاُتَّقُونِ يَأُوْلِى اُلْأَلْبَبِ = "Wat-~a-qu~ni Ya~ U-lil-Al-Ba~~bb".  "Wa" = Thus, "it-Ta-qu~ni" = have fear, "Ya~" = O, "U-li~" = men of, "al-Ba~bi" = intelligence.
"Wat-Ta-qu~ni Ya~ U-lil-Al-Ba~~bb".  = Thus, fear Allah and be devoted to Him O Men of intelligence.
