Recitation 343

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh (synopsis of Islam). Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(197) أَلْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَتٌ ج فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ اُلْحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِى اُلْحَجِّ قلى وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ يَعْلَمْهُ اُللهُ قلى وَتَزَوَّدُواْ فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ اُلزَّادِ اُلتَّقْوَى ج وَاُتَّقُونِ يَأُوْلِى اُلْأَلْبَبِ
أَلْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَّعْلُومَتٌ = "Al-Haj-ju Asy-hu-rum~Maa-lu~ma~~t".  "Al-Haj-ju" = the Hajj/pilgrimage,  "Asy-hu-run" = many months, "Maa-lu~ma~tun" = fixed, known.
"Al-Haj-ju Asy-hu-rum~Maa-lu~ma~~t".  = The Hajj/pilgrimage is in a fixed and known number of Months.
ج  = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
فَمَن فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ اُلْحَجَّ = "Fa Manf~Fa-ro-dho Fi~ Hin~nal-Haj-ja", "Fa" = Then, "Man" = who, "Fa-ro-dho" = willed, intended, "Fi~" = in, "Hin~na" those, "Al-Haj-ja" = the Hajj,
فَلَا رَفَثَ وَلَا فُسُوقَ وَلَا جِدَالَ فِى اُلْحَجِّ = "Fa La~ Ro-fa-tha Wa La~ Fu-su~qo Wa La~ Ji-da~la Fil-Hajj".َ  "Fa" = then, "La~" = do not, "Ro-fa-tha" = to behave in an obscene manner, "Wa" = and, "La~" = do not, "Fu-su~qo" = act sinfully, "Wa" = and, "La~" = do not, "Ji-da~la" = argue, quarrel, "Fi~" = during, "al-Haj-ji" = the Hajj.
"Fa Manf~Fa-ro-dho Fi~ Hin~nal-Haj-ja Fa La~ Ro-fa-tha Wa La~ Fu-su~qo Wa La~ Ji-da~la Fil-Hajj".  = Whosoever had resolved an intention of performing the Hajj in those/Hajj season, he/she must not behave in an obscene manner, nor should he/she act sinfully, nor to take up a quarrel or to have an arguement with others during (performing) the Hajj.
قلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
