وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ = "Wa I-dza~ Sa-a-la Ka 'I-ba~di~ 'An~ni~ Fa In~ni~ Qo-ri~~bb". "Wa" = And, "I-dza~" = when, "Sa-a-la" = ask, "Ka" = you are, " 'I-ba~di~" = My bondservants, " 'An~ni~" = about Me, "Fa" then, "In~ni~" = really I am, "Qo-ri~bun" = near.
"Wa I-dza~ Sa-a-la Ka 'I-ba~di~ 'An~ni~ Fa In~ni~ Qo-ri~~bb". = And when My bondservants ask you (O Muhammad) about Me/Allah, then (answer them) that I am near.
صلى = a Waqof Jaiz sign.
أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ اُلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ = "U-ji~bu Daa-wa-tad-Da~'i I-dza~ Da-'a~~n". "U-ji~bu" = I answer, respond, "Daa-wa-ta" = call, appeal, "ad-Da~'i" = the caller, suppliant, "I-dza~" = when, "Da-'a~ni" = they call, appeal.
"U-ji~bu Daa-wa-tad-Da~'i I-dza~ Da-'a~~n". = I/Allah respond any call/appeal when the suppliants call (to Me).

فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُواْ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُواْ بِى = "Fal-Yas-ta-ji~bu~ Li~ Wal-Yuu-mi-nu~ Bi~", "Fa" = Then, "al-Yas-ta-ji~bu" = let them respond, "Li~" = to Me/My call, "Wa" = and, "al-Yuu-mi-nu~" = let them believe/have Faith, "Bi~" = in Me,
لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ = "La-'al-la Hum Yarr-syu-du~~n". "La-'al-la" = so that, "Hum" = they, "Yarr-syu-du~na" they be rightly guided.
"Fal-Yas-ta-ji~bu~ Li~ Wal-Yuu-mi-nu~ Bi~ La-'al-la Hum Yarr-syu-du~~n". = But let them also respond to Me/My call/commandments, and let them also believe/have Faith in Me, so that they will be rightly guided.
(Imam Ahmad narrated from Abu Musa al-Asy'ari that when he/Abu Musa, and the Prophet s.a.w. and his companions were in a battle, they were shouting Takbir/Allohu Akbar each time they ascended a slope, and when climbing up a hill, and when descending a valley."The Prophet s.a.w. came to us and said, "O mankind! Have pity on yourselves, surely you are not praying to the Being who is deaf and is far away. But you are praying to the Lord who is all-Hearing and all-Observing. Really, He to whom all of you are calling loudly is nearer to all of you than between you and your rides. O Abdullah ibnu Qois, would you like me to teach you a verse which is from the treasure of the Paradise? It is "La~ Haw-la Wa La~ Quw-wa-ta Il-la~ Bil-Lah". = (There is neither might nor power but in Allah).". (It is also narrated by Bukhori and Muslim but was reported from Abu 'Uthman an-Nahdi).
Imam Malik narrated from Abu Haroiroh that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "(Allah) will answer prayer made by any of you as long as you do not ask for it to be sped up, that is by saying, "I have entreat, but it is still not being answered".
From Abu Huroiroh, narrated by Muslim that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "A prayer by a person is always been answered as long as he/she does not pray for sinful things, or to break/sever a bond of uterine friendship and ask for it to be answered quickly." (A man asked the Prophet s.a.w., "What is meant by asking it to be answered quickly?", the Prophet s.a.w. replied,) "That is, he/she says, "I have prayed and prayed, but it was not answered", and he/she was tired of praying.".
From Abu Huroiroh, that the Prophet s.a.w. said, "The Doa/prayer of these persons will never be unanswered, they are (i) a just, honest, trustworthy, impartial leader/ruler/controller/administrator/director/power authority, (ii) a person who is during his/her fast until he/she breaks the fast, and (iii) a person who is being "Zholim"/wronged/treated with injustice, cruelty. The Doa/prayer of any of these three kinds of people will be brought up without being hindered by thick black clouds on the Judgment Day and the doors of the heavens will be opened for them, and Allah will say, "By My Glory, I will help you even for a moment".(narrated by Ahmad, At-Tirmidzi, An-Nasai and Ibnu Majah).).
(187) (to be continued).
