Dear Quran Lovers,
Let us continue to recite surah 2 Al-Baqoroh, synopsis of Islam. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(204) وَمِنَ اُلنَّاسِ مَن يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُو فِى اُلْحَيَوةِ اُلدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اُللهَ عَلَى مَا فِى قَلْبِهِى وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ اُلْخِصَامِ
وَمِنَ اُلنَّاسِ مَن يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُو فِى اُلْحَيَوةِ اُلدُّنْيَا = "Wa Mi-nan~Na~si Mai~Yuu-ji-bu Ka Qow-lu Hu~ Fil-Ha-ya~tid-Dun-ya~", "Wa" = And, "Mi-na" = from, "an~Na~si" = the mankind, "Man" = who, "Yuu-ji-bu" = he amazes, "Ka" = you, "Qow-lu" = words, "Hu~" = his, "Fi" = in, about, "al-Ha-ya~ti" = the life, "ad-Dun-ya`" = the, this world,
وَيُشْهِدُ اُللهَ عَلَى مَا فِى قَلْبِهِى = "Wa Yusy-hi-dul-Loha 'A-la~ Ma~ Fi~ Qol-bi Hi~", "Wa" = and, "Yusy-hi-du" = he to witness, vouch, "Al-Loha" = Allah, " 'A-la~" = on, "Ma~" = what, "Fi~" = in, "Qol-bi" = heart, "Hi~" = his,
وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ اُلْخِصَامِ = "Wa Hu-wa A-lad-dul-KHi-sho~~m". "Wa" = and, while, "Hu-wa" = he is, "A-lad-du" = a great, "al-KHi-sho~mi" = disputer, enemy.
"Wa Mi-nan~Na~si Mai~Yuu-ji-bu Ka Qow-lu Hu~ Fil-Ha-ya~tid-Dun-ya~ Wa Yusy-hi-dul-Loha 'A-la~ Ma~ Fi~ Qol-bi Hi~ Wa Hu-wa A-lad-dul-KHi-sho~~m". = And there is a person among you whose words/tales about the life in this world amaze and appeal to you, and he called Allah to witness/vouch for that which is in his heart, while in reality, he is a great disputer, enemy.
(Ibnu Abbas said that this verse was revealed when some of the hypocrites who had discussed and then scolded and cursed Khubaib and other companions of the Prophet s.a.w. who fell in the Battle of ar-Rajii. But Qotadah and others were of the opinion that this verse was revealed about the misconduct of the hypocrites generally. They pretended to stand by and to supported the Prophet s.a.w. in the battle by using graceful words and with earnest and sincere looks and had testified that Allah was their witness to their sincerity which made the Prophet s.a.w. was amazed and their words had appealed to his s.a.w heart. Thus Allah s.w.t. revealed the verse: "In reality, he/the hypocrite is a great disputer/enemy (and should be trusted)".)

Let us now continue to look into the 'Umroh/Umra:
Umra means to visit the Caaba, to Towaf the Caaba, to Sa'i between Shofa and Marwa, and to shave the head (for man only) or to cut the hair.
Performing the Umra will eradicate sin from one Umra to another. (Hadith from Abu Huroiroh, narrated by Ahmad, Bukhori and Muslim).
Umra may be performed, according to Nafii, two times in a year, Qosim said that Aisyah had performed Umra three times in a year.
Umra may be performed during any month before the Hajj season/ Syawwal, Dzul-Qoidah and the first ten days of Dzul-Hijjah.
Performing Umra, in the opinion of Hanafi and Maliki is Sunnah, while, Syafiei and Hanbali were/are of the opinion that it is Fardhu/a duty. But there is no strong evidence to support it, and Syafiei had said, "There is no valid proof about the Umra, thus it is a Sunnah".
The Arkan of 'Umroh/the basic elements of Umra:
(a) Ihrom and Niat, and
(b) Towaf the Caaba seven rounds, and
(c) Sa'i between Shofa mountain and Marwah mountain, seven
times to and fro, and
(d) Tahallul/dissolution, end of Umra by shaving the head or
cutting of hair.
(e) Tartib/in order, one by one in proper succession.
The Wajibat of Umra:
(a) Ihrom from its Miqot/meeting point, and
(b) To abstain from all the forbidden things in Umra. (Will be discuss later).
