How to Recite the Quran
Assalamu alaikum w. w. Dear Quran Lovers, WELCOME!
Before we can recite the Quran, we must first know and recognize Its letters and signs.
Let us know the letters first. There are 29 basic letters and 2 additional letters. They are:
  (1) a reverse number 1 =  A-lif =  ا
 (2) a shape of a boat with a dot below it = Ba = ب
 (3)       -do-          -do-  two dots above it = Ta = ت 
(4)       -do-         -do- three dots above it = THa=ث
(1) The emission place of Alif = ا is from the trachea and from the whole oral cavity/mouth.
=(B.M.) Makhraj/tempat keluar bunyi huruf Alif = ا
ialah dari rongga kerongkong dan mulut.
(2) The emission place of Ba = ب is from the two opened lips.
(B.M) Makhraj huruf Ba = ب ialah dari dua bibir terbuka.
(3) The emission place of Ta = ت is from the tip of the tongue pressed to the hard palate near the gum of  the upper front teeth.
(B.M) Makhraj huruf Ta = ت ialah dari hampir hujung lidah di lelangit dekat gusi gigi depan di atas.
(4) The emission place of THa = ث is from the tip of the tongue placed on the tip of the upper front teeth.
(B.M) Makhraj huruf THa = ث ialah dari hujung lidah diletak di hujung gigi depan atas.
 Note: All are in Romanize spelling.
