After the below sign Ta Marbutah is an Alif Lam Qomariyah, "-til-") = the bond,  "Al-Wuth-qo~" (a Mad Ashli) = the strong,  "La~" (after the Mad Ashli is a Hamzah Wahol and a silent Nun is, "Lan") = no,  "Inf~fi-sho~ma" (an Ikhfaa Haqiqi. a Mad Ashli) = to be cut off,  "La" = from,  "Ha~" (a Mad Ashli) = her, it.  قلى = a pause is permitted and it is preferred sign.
=  "Thus, he/she who repudiates, rejects the To~ghu~t/ Trespass (name of a Satan), and believes in Allah/The God, then indeed, he/she is holding fast or is clinging to the strong bond which will not be cut off from it (the bond, that is Islam).
"Wa" (after it, is an Alif Lam Syamsiyah, "Wal-") = and, for,  "Al-Lohu" (a Lafzhul-Jalalah, the second Lam is a Tafkhim) = The (One and Only) God,  "Sa-mi~'un" (a Mad Ashli, After the Tanwin 'Ain is an 'Ain, is an Izhhar Halqi) = a Listener, a Hearer,   "              'A- li~mun"  (we stop at this Mad Ashli, becomes a Mad 'Aridh Lis-Sukun, to 2 or 4 or 6 harakah, "-li~~~m") = a Know-all.
(256) = the end of the verse and the numbers are its number.
=  "For Allah is a Listener, a Know-all".    =   (Allah explained : Whosoever does not believe in or repudiate or reject the Toghut/the Trespass (is a name of a Satan, and it is also used to call all those that are being worshipped by mankind), but he/she believes in and has much Faith in Allah, then he/she is holding fast or is clinging to a strong bond of God from which he/she will be in perfect contentment while in this world and in the next).
