Let us now continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: Ghusul/major ablution:
The Forbidden Acts of a person while in Janabah/major filement:
 (v) To stay in a mosque: It is Haram for a Janabah person to stay in a mosque. This is based on a Hadith (a) From Aisyah r.a. who said, "The Prophet s.a.w. came, and the front part of his companions' houses protruded into the mosque (the mosque then was unlike it is now, it was without solid walls), the Prophet s.a.w. said (to his companions), "Move the front part of your houses away from the mosque." Then he went (into the mosque). The companions did not do anything in the hope that the Prophet would give them some relief. Later, when the Prophet came out of the mosque, he went to them and said, "Turn these houses away from the mosque, because I do not allow women with menses and people with Janabah to be in this mosque." (narrated by Abu Daud). (b) Ummu Salamah r.a. reported," The Prophet s.a.w. went into the mosque's compound and proclaimed loudly, "Truly, women with menses and people with Janabah are not allowed in the mosque" (narrated by Ibnu Majah and Tibroni).
These 2 Hadith forbid people with menses and people with Janabah from staying in the mosque, but these people with defilement can and may pass by or walk through the mosque, as Allah says in surah 4 An-Nisaa verse 43: "O believers, do not go near/perform the solat when you are drunk, until you are conscious of what you utter, nor when you are defiled/Janabah, unless you are (just) passing by or walk through (the mosque) until you have bathe/ghusul". There were 4 Hadith reported about the companions, and the Prophet's wives r.a. with menses entering in and then going out of the mosque, some were asked by the Prophet s.a.w. himself to do errant for him. The Hadith were reported by (i) Jabir a.s., (ii)Yazid bin Habib, (iii)Aisyah r.a. and (iv) Maimunah r.a.
The "Ar-ka~nu"/guiding rules of Ghusul/major ablution: (to be continued).

(8) (to be continued).
                           oooo000oooo
Let us continue to look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: GHusul: Janabah/major defilement:
Forbidden Acts of a person while in Janabah/major defilement:
(iv) To recite verses of the Quran: According to the Multitude of Ulama, people while in the Janabah are Haram/forbidden to recite any verse of the Quran as they based their opinion on  a Hadith from Ali r.a., "That the Prophet s.a.w. said: "There is nothing stands between it and the Quran except Janabah/major defilement" (narrate by the Majority and was verified by Tirmidzi and others). (a) Syaukani said, "This Hadith does not say reciting verse of the Quran is Haram. It only showed that the Prophet s.a.w. abstained from reciting verses of the Quran. It cannot be used as a basis to rule it as a Makruh/detestable, what more as Haram." (b) While Bukhari, Thabrani, Daud and Ibnu Hazmin were of the opinion that it is permissible for the Janabah people to recite verses of the Quran. Bukhari said, "According to Ibrahim, There is nothing to prevent women with menses to recite the Quran". Ibnu Abbas was
of the opinion that Janabah people may recite the Quran because the Prophet s.a.w. had always recite "dzikrr"/remembering Allah at all time". Bukhari added, "There is no Hadith forbidding Janabah people and women with menses from reciting the Quran that could be recognised as a valid Hadith."
(v) To stay in a mosque: (to be continued).
Until the next session, we shall see you all Quran Lovers later.

Dear Quran Lovers,
Alhamdulillah, it was reported that the 3 lost children were found by the Police yesterday and they had been reunited with their mother at the Gombak Police Station, K.L., and  then, they were sent back to Taman Meru, Ipoh. Thank you all.
Let us continue to recite surah 88 Al-GHo~syiyah. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(24) فَيُعَذِّبُهُ اُللهُ اُلْعًذَابَ اُلْأَكْبَرَ = "Fa Yu-'adz-dzi-bu Hul-Lohul-'A-dza~bal-Ak-barr". "Fa" = Then, "Yu-'adz-dzi-bu" = punish, "Hu" = him, "Al-Lohu" = Allah, "al-'A-dza~ba" = the torment, "al-Ak-ba-ro" = the great.

Insya Allah, we shall recite surah 89 Al-Fajrr.
                                   oooo000oooo
Let us now look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat:GHusul: Affix:
All children of Adam/mankind are clean/untainted, be they  believers/Muslims or unbelievers/non-Muslims. The verse in surah 9 At-Tawbah verse 28, Allah says, " O believers, truly, the unbelievers are "Najasun"/unclean. So do not let them come near the Masjidul-Haram/Sacred Mosque ...." Syaikh As-Said Sabiq explains that "Najasun"/unclean here means that it is "Najis Maanawi"/unclean pertaining to meaning, an abstract or spiritual.
Which means that unbelievers/non-Muslims are spiritually or their Faith are unclean and not their physical  bodies.
The Prophet s.a.w. himself took wudhuu from a water container belonged to an infidel woman. The Prophet s.a.w. had once, tied a pagan Arab up in the mosque. The Prophet had eaten food prepared by a Jewish woman. The Prophet had also eaten cheese brought from a Christian village. And the Prophet s.a.w. had eaten bread given by a Jew to him. Thus, unbelievers/non-Muslims are clean/untainted physically. They are unclean spiritually.
(2) Things that are forbidden when one is in a state of "Janabah"/major defilement:

ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
It is reported in today's newspaper that a single mother, Safarela Ishak, 36, had lost her 3 children, Syauratul Syafiah Rizauddin 6, Syahir Syafi Rizauddin 8, and Syarafuddin Syazwan Rizauddin 11 from their home in Taman Meru, Ipoh, Perak. Let us lend her and the Police a hand by reciting surah YaSi~n and the Doa that the children be found and be returned to her safe and soon. Thank you all.
Let us continue recite surah 88 Al-GHosyiyah. Please refer to the text:
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
(21) فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمآأَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ = "Fa Dzak-kir In~na-ma~~ Ant~ta Mu-dzk-kir". "Fa DZak-kir" = Then remind, "In~na-ma~~" = truly, "Ant~ta" = you (sing.), "Mu-dzak-ki-run" = a reminder.
"Fa DZak-kir In~na-ma~~ Ant~ta Mu-dzak-kir" = Thence, remind them (with Allah's verses) because you (O Muhammad) are only a person who reminds others.
(22) لَّسْتَ عَلَيْهِم بِمُصَيْطِرٍ = "Las-ta 'A-lai Him~Bi Mu-shoi-t*ir". "Las-ta" =Not you, "'A-lai Him" = on them, "Bi" = by, "Mu-shoi-ti-rin" = dominant.
"Las-ta 'A-lai Him~Bi Mu-shoi-tir" = You (O Muhammad) are not dominating (them and not to force them).
(23) إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّى وَكَفَرَ = "Il-la~ Mant~Ta-wal-la~ Wa Ka-farr". "Il-la~" = Except, "Man" = who, "Ta-wal-la~" = turn away, avoid, "Wa Ka-fa-ro" = and deny (Allah).
"Il-la~ Mant~Ta-wal-la~ Wa Ka-farr". = Except those who avoid (performing things they are commanded by Allah to perform, i.e. the 5 pillars of Islam, the 6 Principals of Faith and so forth) and deny (the "Truth" by their words of mouth and by their actions).
(24) (to be continued).
                                  oooo000oooo
Let us continue to look at the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat: GHusul/major ablution : Affix:
[ From Khalifah ibn Husain who reported: "Qois ibn 'Ashim embraced Islam, then the Prophet s.a.w. asked him to bathe with water and "Sidrin"/lotus jujube leaves" (narrate by Ahamd, Abu Daud, An-Nasai and At-Tirmidzi). Ibnu Sakan said, " This Hadith is authentic." (ii) Asy-Syafiei said, "It is prefered that a person who is newly embracing Islam, when has uttered the "Syahadatain", ought to take a bath/major ablution if he was in a state of defilement before embracing Islam and had not bathe. If he were not in a state of defilement, he needs not bathe but by taking  a wudhuu is suffice." (iii) Malik and Ahmad said, " When one embraces Islam one must/wajib take a Ghusul. And Malik added, " Whether one is in defilement or not." (iv) Abu Hanifah said, " When embracing Islam, one must/wajib take a Ghusul if in defilement and has not Bathe before embracing Islam. If one has taken a Bath before embracing Islam, one needs not/not wajib to Bathe."]
{We are always doubtful about the body and things from the body such as sweat, saliva of an unbeliever, or a non-Muslim, is he/she "Najis"/defilement? (To be continued).
Until the next session, see you all Quran Lovers soon.

"A Fa La~ Yanzh~ZHu-ru~na I-lal-I-bi-li Kai-fa KHu-li-qot". = Do they not notice the camels, (the livestock of the Arabs then was the camel. It served as a ride, a transportation, its meat can be eaten, its milk can be consumed and be made into cheese, its bones can be made into massage ointment which is good for muscle pain, its skin can be made into so many beneficial things, its urine can be used as medicine and so forth) how they are being created.

Let us look into the Basic Islamic Rules:
(2) Solat" GHusul/major ablution;
The 5 incidents that Ghusul is Wajib:
(5) An unbeliever when embracing Islam is Wajib to Ghusul. (i) A Hadith from Abu Hurairah r.a. said (in a long Hadith) "That Thamamah Al-Hanafi was being captured by the Muslim fighters .... He then embraced Islam and the Prophet s.a.w. set him free, and asked Thamamah be brought into a garden and precepted him to take Ghusul/major ablution. After Ghusul, he was asked and was taught to perform solat sunnah 2 rakaat. Then the Prophet s.a.w. said, "Truly, this brother of yours (Thamamah), his (embracing) Islam is really good." [There are opinions of the Ulama about this incident in the book, "The Collection of  Ahadith Hukum" (to be continued).

Recitation 113-Extra

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
ألسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Dear Quran Lovers,
In yesterday's daily papers, the Utusam Malaysia, a news about one Tamsila Tauqir and a group of "Muslims" in London, England are trying to promote their ideology that men and women are equal, that both genders can perform solat together (in one line?) and woman can lead/be the imam in a solat.
These ladies may not have studied the Quran properly and have not studied the Hadith. Is it not mentioned clearly in surah 4 An-Nisaa verse 34, "Ar-Rija~lu Qow-wa~mu~na 'A-lan~Ni-sa~~a ..." = The men are "qow-wa~mu~na" = managers, caretakers, guardians, in charge of women ..."? (ii) Is the Quran not in a synopsis which required the Messenger of Allah, that is the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., and then, his learned followers to show and teach the Muslims the Rules in Islam. Did Allah not say, "It is He/Allah who has sent among the "Unlettered" a Messenger of their own to recite to them His revelations and to purify them (of their sin)  and to teach them the Scripture/Quran and Wisdom, though they had been in manifest error."?- surah 62 Al-Jum'ah verse 2.
Tamsila Tauqir and her group want woman to be the Imam for both men and women, do they not know a Hadith narrated by the most celebrated Hadith narrator, Imam Bukhori rh.a., a report from Aisyah r.a. (the wife of the Prophet s.a.w.), "It was mentioned to Aisyah some causes which disrupt/spoil a solat are (a) dog (b) donkey, ass and (c) women that walk past infront of a person performing solat ..."? If a woman were to be in front a men performing solat, the solat of all men are not valid and are rejected by Allah. Does that woman dare to shoulder all the sins of all those men whose solat are rejected? (ii) A Hadith from Abu Hurairah r.a. that the Prophet s.a.w. said," The best shof/line up (in solat) for men is the front line and the worst shof is the behind line. The best line up for women is the behind line and the worst line is the front line." (narrated by Muslim). (iii) "The Prophet s.a.w. had arranged a line up for adult males was  in the front, then the boys and then the women were lined up behind the boys." (narrated by Muslim).
Quran Lovers and all Muslims, please do not form opinions based on your logic but do refer to the Quran/the text and not the Quran translations, and also refer to the Hadith. Do not regard the Ulama/Muslim learned people as unimportant, because they know/understant the verses of the Quran well and they have studied many many Hadith that we do not know. What Tamsila Tauqir and her group are doing is that they are inviting the wrath of Allah s.w.t.. Na'udzu Bil-Lah Min Dzalik = May Allah protect us from that.
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
